I had a disappointing experience at Tim Hortons recently, located at the main intersection of Evans Ave. and Kipling Ave. A staff member, who identified herself as the supervisor, took our order. Unfortunately, the service was far from professional. When we were confirming our order, she completely ignored us, took our money, and closed the window without a word. Her behavior was unhelpful and rude, which really affected the overall experience. I hope the management takes note of this and provides better training on customer service.

This is my go to Tim Hortons as the staff is very helpful and they always try their best to serve at any hour of the day.
My wife and I frequent this Tim Hortons as they are always so fast and give very friendly service. Today my order was so good I had to write a review, got the Chicken Habanero wrap and a hibiscus quencher both products were made to perfection!
