This is the bacon they gave me for my bagel BELT. Almost positive these bacon bits came out of the deep fryer and were just dumped on top. Really feels like they take advantage of people who are on their morning commute cause they know they don’t have time to go back and do anything about it

The team member she looking innocent face, I think her name is Harry consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic and a positive attitude in her role as a Tim Hortons Team Member. She is reliable, punctual, and always willing to take initiative during busy periods. Harry provides excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and ensuring all beverages and food items are prepared to brand standards.

It takes forever to get coffee in drive thru. Even when I come 3 am or be it 5.30 am in the morning u can expect 5 mins if ur singke car or more.

Guys kept chatting but nobody helped on waiting line. The other customer is asking why HST is more than 13%😂 Let TH be, it will sink by itself soon. It is not the warm place for donut and a coffee break in the cold winter anymore. Really bad.
This location is highly unreliable for morning stops. They are perpetually out of stock of key breakfast items (like eggs, almond milk, and croissants), often by 8:00 AM. It's frustrating that the closest location to my work is so poorly managed regarding inventory.
