My last review was 9 months ago when I gave 4.5 stars because it was a good experience. Unfortunately, I am updating my review today due to poor service and rudeness. While I was trying to explain my order, the lady cut me off and didn’t let me finish. Very unprofessional. On top of that, my order (pumpkin spice latte) had no taste of pumpkin spice at all. Extremely disappointing, straight to the garbage it went. Plus we asked them less ice and our medium coffee is like small size...Waste of money 😡

Good morning today I stopped at Tim Hortons got myself a Turkish sandwich and some green tea I ate it all in 20 minutes I felt really bad the pain wasn't that bad I thought everything would be fine and then I felt really bad, my stomach started to hurt. I drank more water, I thought it would help me, but then I felt even worse, my stomach was still hurting badly, I started vomiting, I think I was poisoned by something or Either I got some kind of infection, I decided to go to the hospital, let them check me It seems to me that in this place Hortons does everything sloppily and there is a lot of dirt and infection.That you can get poisoned like this If the hospital determines that I have contracted an infection, I will sue this place. I will sue.And I ask the manager to contact me because I will be filing a lawsuit against Tim Hortons 😡

Most often the drive through staff rushes you and you can’t even order a second drink without them saying drive up; so rude! But this weekend staff is friendly and phenomenal!

The food and coffee and good I can't complaint BUT the staff is so slow 1'day I only ordered a coffee and a muffin I finished eating the muffin and still didn't have my coffee and I was the only one in the store. The girl that took my order gave me the muffin and then ran to the drive thru. She should have made the coffee then go to drive thru. Today took 10 minutes for a breakfast wrap they make the drive thru stuff before ppl waiting

Don't buy a coffee from morning until 2pm when shift changes. Staffs doesn't have etiquettes and if there is any issue regarding coffee, they will call manager. You cannot expect anything from manager there. They wont believe their mistake.

This is how my sandwich looked when I opened the wrapper. There was no more sauce left on my sandwich because it was smeared all over the wrapper.
The atmosphere of this place isn’t any better. Creepy men staring at you all times of the day and it gets worse at night.I wouldn’t recommend coming here by yourself.

The service is bad (but that’s normal for 99 percent of Tim hortons ) but atleast clean the place. I never eat in there , but did for the 1st time today. There was flies everywhere going all over me while I’m trying to eat. Place is FILTHY. I brought it to one of the employees attention but he didn’t seem to care much. As I’m talking to the guy I see pure flies flying around by the cash/food. Absolutely disgusting

had to wait 20 minutes for a flatbread pizza that takes 3 minutes to wait, girl told us to wait in the parking lot. bad service, takes forever
The staff force you to be rude here, it’s such an awful experience. As I write this, I’m standing first in line at the register to order, while being ignored, the staff are arguing with someone in the drive thru.
It’s theatre at this point.

This place is disgusting !!!! Went into it the other day to order but needed to use test room first, when I entered the restroom the floors were all wet from someone’s urine toilet seat had feces. It reeked and I was not able to use the restroom, I ran out so fast because I almost puked, on my way out I told the worker and he didn’t seem to care all he said was ok. I refuse to buy anything from a place that can’t keep up cleanliness. Disgusting and will never step a foot in there again.
