Messes up orders 50% of the time. When you want a Iced coffee with no sugar, its really nasty with sugar and not a good start to the day. Stop rushing drive thru orders.

I had a very bad experience here. The service, presentation, and customer attitude were all disappointing — especially since there was no lineup, just one car ahead of me around 4:30 PM.
I ordered an iced coffee with extra cream, extra sweet, and less ice, but the drink I received had less cream, less sugar, and was very dark. When I mentioned it at the window, the staff member insisted she made it correctly and refused to remake it — instead offering to give me sugar and cream on the side.
When I politely asked her to remake it properly, she gave me an unprofessional attitude and facial expressions, then handed me another poorly made coffee that was spilled all over, full of coffee grinds, and a mess to hold. There was no apology, no napkin, and I ended up throwing the coffee away.
This location needs serious improvement in customer service, attention to detail, and basic respect for customers.

Very slow most of the employees very rude and when I watched them make my coffee they didn't stir contents and it was very bitter almost burnt taste

My last review was 9 months ago when I gave 4.5 stars because it was a good experience. Unfortunately, I am updating my review today due to poor service and rudeness. While I was trying to explain my order, the lady cut me off and didn’t let me finish. Very unprofessional. On top of that, my order (pumpkin spice latte) had no taste of pumpkin spice at all. Extremely disappointing, straight to the garbage it went. Plus we asked them less ice and our medium coffee is like small size...Waste of money 😡

Good morning today I stopped at Tim Hortons got myself a Turkish sandwich and some green tea I ate it all in 20 minutes I felt really bad the pain wasn't that bad I thought everything would be fine and then I felt really bad, my stomach started to hurt. I drank more water, I thought it would help me, but then I felt even worse, my stomach was still hurting badly, I started vomiting, I think I was poisoned by something or Either I got some kind of infection, I decided to go to the hospital, let them check me It seems to me that in this place Hortons does everything sloppily and there is a lot of dirt and infection.That you can get poisoned like this If the hospital determines that I have contracted an infection, I will sue this place. I will sue.And I ask the manager to contact me because I will be filing a lawsuit against Tim Hortons 😡
