Bitter Truth

Been using this tim hortons for 12+ years. I buy 2 coffees everyday without missing unless I am out of town. Service is getting bad everyday. Rude employees, have to wait for your change like you are begging. Always marked up the price. When you buy extra large coffee its $2.47 cents. They always say $2.50. When I pay cash $2.50 they won't return the 5 cents and noticed that they leave thr cash counter open until you leave. I am not concern about 5cent not returning back but I am buying 2 coffees everyday and everyday they are robbing my 5cents. Now do the math how many times they rob the customers in a day.

Very bad experience with this place, I came near this place 10 days ago, I used three services - drive thru, personal order and mobile order: - all are very slow. Never recommend drive thru, it is very slow, it takes at least 6 to 9 minutes and they pretend they are serving food quickly, but in reality they work very slow and do not prepare the food properly, paid extra charge for sauce but did not put enough, ordered extra large coffee but did not put the same amount, I ordered Nutella cookie which smelled like weird old eggs, poor cleanliness in washrooms, poor cleanliness in dine in room... This is my worst experience ever, worse than Tim Hortons in Quebec.

Doors locked and the female inside sweeping up looked at me through the window and motioned that they are closed. Sign on the door and online state in dinning and drive thru open till 11pm on this day.. clearly someone closed up early .😠😠😠😠

Unfortunately the drive thru gentleman lied first thing in the morning, around 6:45am to be specific. The guy said there was no Tim Hortons cards left, which is fine, but specifically said ‘you have to go on your app for a refund, we don’t do refunds in store’.

I left the store as I had to take kid to hockey. I contacted Tim Hortons through app, who advised they were disappointed by the comment, as this is not the case.

All individual stores have to give refunds. The individual I spoke to completely lied to me. It wasn’t even busy, so not sure what the end game was here. Surely this individual has not caused such a fuss because they couldn’t be bothered to put a refund through.

Please contact me for this review to be removed and refund to be honoured.

My roast beef and cheddar sandwich tasted like charcoal and Mr clean. Beyond burnt, and had a gross soapy taste. Could not get more than one bite down. Guess that explains why I had to wait 10 minutes for it.

Don't expect these people to get your order right, nor for management to have trained anyone to apologize or make up for their complete incompetence with running a drive through service. Repeated errors even when specifically and carefully articulating the order. The environment and staff just seem so dazed an apathetic. If Tim's ownership really cared about the people who are their customers, they'd equip staff with vouchers and credits for dissatisfied and inconvenienced customers, but alas, no such consideration is offered to us.

Staff leave me standing there for 10 minutes with no service, then try to rush me out of the way to serve the next person despite my being visibly disabled. The service is lousy at best, ablist at worst. The staff should be ashamed of themselves
