The worst Tim Hortons there is out there. Nothing seems fresh at all, bagels are dry as hell and not even toasted properly. I order bottled apple juice and it was literally warm. They’re package says it should be served chilled but i was given a bottle that was warmer than the sun!!

The guy on the front Nikhil was so rude i asked for the scan and he didn’t let me do it moreover , i asked him for a cheese croissant which is never there whenever i want to order either it is finished and today he told it is not in their order but it was showing on the app . I understand but dealing with customer was really bad i am not going there anymore I felt so bad today .

These servers do not properly listen and rush every order. My food is literally never the same. I have literally wasted points because of their rushing and poor listening skills and I ended up with COLD food. I do not recommend anyone wasting their money

One of the workers a lady who constantly stands there and talks and is supposed to be a manager has little to no customer service. She is rude never works amd makes everyone else do everything as she stands there … and when asked for help she gets rude and yells and every time she’s there she constantly yells at ppl to do work but never does and if addresses she screams and hold little respect for customers the workplace and her self. She is just rude and disrespectful it’s disgusting

I have 2 negative experiences with this Tim Hortons. My first experience was when I went in and asked for a whole grain bagel with cream cheese. The cashier said that there were no 12 grain or whole grain bagels. So I decided to order an sesame bagel. After I order the bagel all I see is a bunch of whole grain bagels displayed. I talked to another employee about this and made them exchange my order. I came in the second time this morning, and asked for an english muffin with bacon, cheese, egg and sausage. The cashier took an extremely long time, and was acting like how he didn't want to take my order. another employee than came in saying how they only bread they have is english muffins, which I was asking for beforehand, so it doesn't make sense as to why she would say that. I Tried to explain what I wanted but they refuse to listen. At the end I told them to drop my english muffin order and only walked out with a hot chocolate. When someone asks to order something, you working in customer service should give what the customer asks for. Don't be making excuses and go around what the order is, unless you genuinely don't have the ingredients to serve the item.I also want to talk to the supervisor about this, because other customers also came to me saying how they refuse to actively listen, when it came to orders with the customers.

Worst Tims ever! Walked in once at 8 in the morning and asked for an iced coffee and they told me they don’t have ice. It was 8 in the morning, who stole the ice?? I also once asked for a grilled cheese and the put on a tortilla. Confused? Ya me too. Not to mention the fact that they don’t know how to work a register and how to let people pay with gift cards and just tell them that they have no money. No matter how short the line is, you will wait half an hour to get your order even if they have three workers working, for some reason they need three people to package a croissant. They also never have any donuts just muffins and cookies. Prepare for the worst when walking into this tim’s. All this said, i will stay a loyal costumer because I am desperate for my 8am coffee.

Horrible service. Took me 15 minutes to get an iced coffee with 5 people in the store while 2 people were working. The lady making the drinks was too busy showing other customers her tiktoks instead of doing her job. Majority of items were sold out. Only served coffee and hot chocolate and scones.

Horrible staff, had the audacity to say you forgot to pay after forgetting to charge me. Stood there for 5 minutes with my card out waiting to pay while she was making others orders. Complete mess of a business!
