I’m really disappointed with how I was charged here. I specifically asked for a decaffeinated orange pekoe tea with steamed oat milk instead of regular hot water, but they rang it up as a latte.

I’ve attached a picture of my receipt, I would completely understand being charged for the tea plus an extra charge for the oat milk or steaming it, but charging it as a latte doesn’t make sense at all.

It’s confusing and feels unfair since I didn’t order anything close to a latte. I hope Tim Hortons can train staff better on how to ring in custom tea orders like this so customers aren’t overcharged.

Came there last night October 7 around 7pm and people who are working are keeps on talking to each other. Not attentive and not polite at all zero customer service at all. They don't know what they are doing and needs more training. The branch owner should train this people and corporate should see this because most of the people working here have no customer service at all. Washroom and restaurant are filthy as well. Those staff last night should be given more training or hire someone who can do this job. If there is negative zero that's what I want to put for the experience that we've received last night. Not a kid friendly atmosphere as well. 👎🏼 👎🏼👎🏼
