I went there with my husband and I ordered 2 small French vanilla but I'm very disappointed with the coffee I don't know what he gave me it was tested like water.

Whenever you do mobile order at this Tim Hortons your food will never be ready by the time you will arrive there, you need to always wait there for another 10-15 minutes. However, even after 10-15 minutes wait they are giving you burnt food. 0% customer service. A request to the management please tell your team what is the meaning of mobile order.

I don't like to post bad reviews, but I was traumatized by the long string of hair on my grill cheese while biting into it. I did get my refund when I complained, but no apologies. None of my friends or family will ever go back.

There is a old asian maybe Chinese lady working at there. I am very frequent visitor of this store. She always talk rudely, whenever you ask to scan the points or give him coupon she will start mumbling and give you worst quality of product possible or she will give you less amount every time. TBH She is a prime example of why Tim Hortons is very well known for bad customer service. On the other hand, whole staff of this location is very friendly and helpful except this old lady.

Check or confirm your orders at the drive-thru before leaving. If not they will mess up your order. I repeat confirm on the board before you move and confirm when you get to the window. You are not sick if you keep confirming your orders, you are only saving yourself a nice day ahead. ‘Black coffee is different from double double. So pathetic!!
