I ordered online to get my food ready until i reach there and save my time from 30 minutes break from my workplace . My food was not ready when i reached . I requested them to give me mh order quick but they didnt. I orderd sea salt wedges but they gave me a donut. I orderd garlic bread and added sauces but it was also missing. They gave me my order after 20-25 minutes waiting.
I wasted my time and money just because of their poor quality service.

Extremely Unhygienic Experience
I was shocked to see a fly (or wasp) sitting inside one of the butter tarts on display at this Tim Hortons. This is completely unacceptable for a food-serving place. It clearly shows that the display area isn’t properly covered or maintained.
If something like this can happen in the front display where customers can see, it makes me wonder about the hygiene in the kitchen area. Definitely lost trust in this location — management needs to take immediate action to fix their cleanliness and food safety practices.

Terrible Customer Service Experience
I recently visited Tim Hortons, and I was extremely disappointed by the customer service. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and showed no respect toward customers. Instead of being greeted politely, I was met with a bad attitude and unfriendly tone. When I asked a simple question about my order, the employee responded in a very rude manner, as if helping me was a burden.
It’s really disappointing to see this kind of behaviour at a place that’s supposed to represent Canadian hospitality. I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. Tim Hortons seriously needs to train their staff better on manners and customer respect. I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.

Me rarely I give 5 star rating but this young boy Gia deserves it. I often buy capuccino from this location and I see him always running around, he is respectful, attentive and willing to understand what I want as customer not like other ppl in rush. And he always delivers properly tbh… More like that 👍

Total waste of my order for 10$ I order med Oreo iced Capp and she gave me mocha iced capp and when I told her that I asked for Oreo iced then she say that you want it on top as well.
But I received mocha iced capp only there was no oreo crunch inside just on top and it tasted a weird because my preference was Oreo iced capp only
Even when I asked you have any bagel answer was no
And pastry answer was no, garlic bread oven is under cleaning.
Then why do you open 24 hours if you don’t have stuff what others need.

Saturday September 27th, at between 1:10 to 1:30 p.m on Drive through:
I ordered 2 midium black coffee but lady was taking order can't understand as I repeated very simple order 3 times. When reached on window to pick than guy told me two midium black coffee with switner. I told them as I did not order with switner and then guy told me he will replace. I picked but when reach home found both cups were still with switner. We trashed both cups.
They were like 6 to 7 peoples working there but all looked non professional.
It's happened to found wrong order fourth time on this location. I am sorry to say the service going worst on this location. It was joke when couple of month ago ordered Pineapple juice and found kind of pink juice on window and two window guys were keep insisting as that is pineapple. I got really speech less when they were saying pineapple juice to a actually something else pink juice.

Customer service representatives are generally kind. Drive thru is seen as a priority which I understand, but the wait is longer (possibly due to a change of staff). Sometimes I walk in to avoid the drive thru line up, but don't get served or greeted within a timely manner, even when I'm the only walk-in customer.

The place is extremely unsanitary and unprofessional. The staff members need to be retrained and work on their Customer service. We had a woman named Ankush roll her eyes at us because she didn’t hear what we ordered on the mic. She was very impatient and rude. So disrespectful and doesn’t seem like this job is fitting for her if she can’t interact with people and control her attitude problem she shouldn’t be there. The donuts also had a wasp on them and they did nothing about it, it was disgusting and was crawling everywhere on the donuts and Timbits. I also have a photo of the wasp on a donut so I will be sending that to higher management to handle.
