The service here has been consistently horrible for a while now. Today I tried to scan my points for a free redeemable on the app. The scan wouldn’t go through. I asked the employees to try a different machine but they presisted on blaming my phone or the app or my points card for the issue. I went down the street to a different location and my points went through no problem. The employees at this location did not even attempt to troubleshoot the issue, and would rather argue with a customer than work with them.

Place the mobile order at 12:00. The app said the order will be ready at 12:07 arrived at the store at 12:15. My order was not ready. Had to remind them to make it. Received my order at 12:22. No point ordering from the mobile app cuz they really don't pay any attention to it. And the worst part is when I did receive my order it was made by a 3-year-old baby who didn't know how to make a sandwich. Most of my visits to Tim Hortons are disappointing as it is anyways. Don't expect much from them but today was just the low blow. The worst I've ever received. Keep up the good job at disappointing your customers, Tim Hortons. That's one good thing you're good at.

Drove up, in my clearest voice said my order, he couldn’t hear me and asked me to drive up.Drove up.Took my order.Opened the window again and proceeded to ask for my order again.Fine….Ordered, waited 8 mins. Then opened the window again….and asked me to pick up at the second window around the opposite side.Sure…no problem.Drive around….Opened the window… asked for my order again…….Came back asked how I’m going to pay…. Told gin debit then asked me to drive around again!!!!! Happened at 12am Jan 15Hire better staff Tim hortons

Horrible and an extremely rude service was provided by Simran at the Albion location at 2:40 AM. App let me order food items but upon reaching there we were told that there was no food available and the way she conveyed it to us was extremely unprofessional and rude. She said she had a lot of work to do, it makes no sense that if she’s working late, she chose to work late, she’s not being forced to do so. She gave us our drinks and closed the window shut in our face. It’s no wonder that Tim Hortons quality has gone down over the years because of the people it chooses to hire to represent them. Please don’t keep such staff which has no control over their emotions and can’t respect their workplace and also choose to ruin customers peace of mind. So disappointing.The app doesn’t even work for submitting complaints, God knows why it even exists.

Can you share with your drivthru employees what a double double means. They ask everyday day coffee??? Coffee?? And I repeat a medium double double..this is from the tim hortons website it says the double-double consists of brewed Tim Hortons coffee with two sugars and two creams. Maybe print it out and have them read it.tired of the same thing everyday.

I found little insects in my coffee. They put spoiled milk in my coffee. It’s never a pleasant experience at this location. The staff is always rude and they don’t listen to customers and always try to rush them.

Are you guys representing Tim Hortons? Honestly this is the first time I go to Tim Hortons and got served coffee in it there islooooooootttttts of beans at the end of the coffee. This tells me you don’t care about your customers and wishing your customers bad luck. This is disgusting to the level I am not coming back to this location.
