I would give this location zero stars if I could. I placed a mobile order around 9 PM, but when I arrived the main entrance was already closed. I went to the drive-thru window to pick up my order, but the employee refused to give it to me and blamed me for not having a car. This was completely unacceptable customer service.I just want to know why the mobile order is working then. In addition, when i went to the drive thru window a girl also placed an order and got it on spot, she was also not in car. But when it comes to me why she denied??? Seriously so much attitude and worst experience every time.

Stopped at Tim Hortons this morning to celebrate my daughter’s birthday with a little coffee-and-donut tradition. The staff were so sweet — they even wished her happy birthday and made sure everything was fresh. Small moment, but it made her day.

Dropped by Tim Hortons earlier today and honestly had a really good experience. The staff were super friendly and quick, and my coffee came out fresh without any wait. Grabbed a donut too, and it was soft and just the right amount of sweet. It’s nice when a place feels easy and welcoming definitely reminded me why I keep coming back.
