Just a regular Tim Horton. New staff is efficient.

Vegetarian options: If you're not sure just ask.

They will omit things if you ask them, such as "BELT (bacon, egg, lettuce, tomato), gold the bacon."

Kid-friendliness: Yes. I have seen kids here and have taken my kids.

This is the worst Tim Hortons location I go to and does not deserve a single star. Today I walked out without my order. No staff was at the front, when I asked why it wasn't prepared, the staff just gave me a look and without saying a single word to me just walked to the back so I left without my order. Definitely my last day to order at this location.

I always have an issue for every order I make at this location. The whole purpose of a mobile order is to order in advance and your food/drinks should be ready by the time you get there specially for someone who are always on the go and don't have time to wait. 99 percent of the time, I have to make a complaint to get refunded which I find ridiculous and waste of my time. It's either they don't have what I ordered, most of the time, it's never ready, staff have no customer service skills, very slow and very rude.

It was a nice Thursday morning when a decided to try the new ice cap Carmel. Custom service was bad they didn’t care at all, they made my ice cap like I was begging for it, Pls I do Not recommend this Tims their all mean there. #
