This is so far the worst Tims I have ever been & its always the same!!
I go there as its closest to my office and on the way and everytime its a total disappointment. First of all they never keep napkins - don’t know what is that kinda savings- so cheap. Then food is always a disaster - the breakfast sandwich was burnt almost all time , couple times I had gone back to change it as well. Today I got egg shell pieces in the egg they gave in breakfast sandwich. I stopped purchasing coffee and tea from this location as it tastes yuck - that helped to reduce my caffeine intake LOL !!
Coffee at this location is so much water downed that the dark roast doesn't even have coffee smell. That's my experience 9 out of 10 times. Please train the staff on how to make coffee or fire the manager!!

Had a very bad experience when I ordered hot chocolate and asked to add some milk , simian kaur she ask me to drink a different drink in a very rude manner…I also talk to the supervisor and she said she will be solving the issue and I don’t think she will be doing so.
The service is very poor and they make up their own policy.

I don’t know what’s going on lately but the last 3 times we’ve been to this location the drive thru is EXTREMELY slow - they have 2 speakers open but only take 1 person at a time without acknowledging that they know you’re waiting, so you don’t know if it’s broken or what - each time waited 5 minutes for someone to answer - if there aren’t enough workers, close one of the lanes so people aren’t wasting their time. Then when they finally do take your order they still take so long you don’t know if they got it or not, and finally people just drive off. Needs a lot of improvement, not sure why service has gone downhill after the renovation.

Today they said their steep tea machine broke ?? What's that mean ? They can't just make some and tell me to wait in the parking lot or something ? They have to lie to keep the drive thru running ?
Rotten lettuce in my wrap. Black, brown, slime. Not impressed. Won’t be back.

This location consistently stops serving people 15-30 minutes before 11PM. Before renovation they always had coffee right to 11PM, now I'm lucky if the door is even unlocked at 10:45PM. I visit this location often at all times of day since its near work. Even when the door is still open at 10:30PM, staff are in the back cleaning and refuse to serve coffee.

Perfect spot for a morning coffee and breakfast. Drive through team was really fast and nice.Jaspreet had really friendly attitude she also recommended me a new biscoff hot latte which I loved 🥰 definitely coming back.

Great location, always get my order right which is rare these days
This is now second time when I ordered medium French vanilla but inside the cup was half filled. When it's drive through you simply cannot check your order as you are rushed through it. Please check your product quality and quantity before you pass through window. 5th Nov and 3rd time I ordered medium french vanila but got almost half a cup coffee and ordered breakfast but no tissue inside.
