I have been visiting this location all winter. After renovation it got better.
The plugs are not as much, you can't sit with a laptop with battery power.
They did mix up with decaf black coffee with normal black coffee in the past, I couldn't fall asleep that's why I figured.
But today the coffee was freshly brewed and so tasty.
The staff is over all happy I would say, sometimes you can hear them singing and joking and laughing out loud which is good I guess.
The customers maybe troublesome sometimes. Some are not aware of the invention of earphones, we all listen to their conversation with their families 😄

I just get one coffee $ wrap and pay took 40 min complete my Oder. It was not bad busy and it should take only 5 minutes complete that? Im very disappointed with ther customer service and i suggeste everyone not to get food from this location 😡😡😡

Brought my bike in since they don't have bike parking. They allowed me to order and sit down, then when I did told me I couldn't have the bike inside the store. There was no outside seating either as an alternative

I would like to thank the staff at this Tim's store for putting a smile on my face every morning. They make me feel special and appreciated. I pull up to the drive-thru to order and just have to say good morning, either Deeba, Rumen, Kimmie and others all know my voice and my order too. Its wonderful to start my day with an awesome coffee, muffin and a smile from these gals. Thank you :) Doug C.

I went on Novembre 7, 2024 and ordered a pumpkin spice latte and a walnut crunch donut. First time for me to try walnut crunch donut and I love it! Service from Mauil is good! Thank you Mauil!

Terrible service! I was told on the ordering system in the drive-through that the farmers sausage wrap had hash browns. Then when I asked about it at the payment window, a lady by the name of ‘Kim’ said, quite aggressively, that it’s in the wrap and that ‘she’s on a timer’ before being reluctant to provide her name for this review. She said this while there was no one else behind my car in the drive-through on Oct 31st at around 11:50am. Needless to say, I won’t be shopping here again.

I love eating rotten turkey and mouldy bread first thing in the morning. Because I swear I either get that combo or the iced coffee that’s made with spoiled milk. Can you guys get your life together and actually serve edible food? Also, is your customer service and attitude just as rotten as the food you serve?
