I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Tim Hortons today around 9:15 AM. The team member working the drive-thru window (wearing glasses) was shockingly unprofessional and rude.I was trying to read her name but she was having no name tag.
I simply ordered a medium black coffee and requested a double cup. After receiving it, I politely mentioned that it was black and needed a double cup. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she parked my order for no reason for a simple medium black coffee and I waited nearly 10 minutes to get it back.
What was completely unacceptable was her behaviour, when I told I will not park She showed me her middle finger. That kind of disrespect toward a paying customer is outrageous and completely inappropriate.
This level of customer service is unacceptable. Employees who cannot treat customers with basic respect should not be working in customer-facing roles. Management seriously needs to address this issue because customers should not be treated this way.

I had the absolute worst and disgusting experience. I get you work all day and make minimum wage but I went yesterday in the morning to get coffee here in the drive through and one of the workers, Indian with glasses seems to be around 25 gave me attitude when I clearly stated it’s not the correct order , I asked for a latte and got an ice cap, as I asked to please make the correct order she then stuck up the middle finger to me. If I could report this directly to the owner I would. But unfortunately I was traveling from downtown Toronto and stopped by quick. I did not pay and threw the coffee out the window and left. I do not recommend this location to ANYone I am so disappointed. That’s not a way to treat someone when you are working in my country of birth. Not welcomed here and definitely will never go back to this dump. Being jealous that someone like me comes in a nice new Mercedes does NOT allow to be disrespectful.

The worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Just tried to redeem my free birthday sandwich and the drive-through cashier was so rude. I did whatever the app said and activated the qr code and she said it’s not free. When I asked for 1 second to read the instructions again, she rudely told me there is a long line (which is a lie because there are only 2 cars behind me) and slammed the window in front of me and my friend. She should have been patient and instructed the customers more clearly. It wouldn’t take more than 1 minute to help a customer. They should try to have at least minimum customer service. Very disappointed and will never come back here again. Tim Hortons, please do better as a Canadian brand!

Worst service steep tea was literally cold and rest everything wasn’t packed well. Wedges were just thrown into the bag and wrap wasn’t packed well.

This is so far the worst Tims I have ever been & its always the same!!

I go there as its closest to my office and on the way and everytime its a total disappointment. First of all they never keep napkins - don’t know what is that kinda savings- so cheap. Then food is always a disaster - the breakfast sandwich was burnt almost all time , couple times I had gone back to change it as well. Today I got egg shell pieces in the egg they gave in breakfast sandwich. I stopped purchasing coffee and tea from this location as it tastes yuck - that helped to reduce my caffeine intake LOL !!

Coffee at this location is so much water downed that the dark roast doesn't even have coffee smell. That's my experience 9 out of 10 times. Please train the staff on how to make coffee or fire the manager!!
