Terrible service! I was told on the ordering system in the drive-through that the farmers sausage wrap had hash browns. Then when I asked about it at the payment window, a lady by the name of ‘Kim’ said, quite aggressively, that it’s in the wrap and that ‘she’s on a timer’ before being reluctant to provide her name for this review. She said this while there was no one else behind my car in the drive-through on Oct 31st at around 11:50am. Needless to say, I won’t be shopping here again.

I love eating rotten turkey and mouldy bread first thing in the morning. Because I swear I either get that combo or the iced coffee that’s made with spoiled milk. Can you guys get your life together and actually serve edible food? Also, is your customer service and attitude just as rotten as the food you serve?

I Was There Today ( Oct 29 2024 ,11 :10 am ) Had Coffee And Bagle , First Able Cashier Was Very Nice And Smily, I Was Surprised Because Of All Employees From Different Countries(International) Made Me Feel good, Because Every Tim Hortons Employees Are All Of Punjabis ( Indians ) Or Philipino s. If We Go For Coffee All Punjabi Girls Starts Talking Their Language , unfortunately I Speak/ Understand Hindi Punjabi. Korean / Japanese , If There Is Philipimos Then They Start Talking Their Language , Mostly Time They Are Talking About Customers , Backbiting
The girl working there forget to add cream in my ice coffee. I told her that she forgot and then she took the glass back and put cream and rotated the glass instead of using a stirrer to stir coffee. Is is a way of customer service or how they are expressing them and expecting customers to be polite. If they dont want to work then they can leave the job.
Please hire new employees…I can barely understand anything as patient as I am

I went through the drive-thru at around 11:45am today and the service while paying was disgusting, i gave 2 coupons to redeem against 2 hot drinks and the associate was very rude and aggressive while receiving the coupons and she denied saying 2 coupons are not allowed at one time. she kept on telling the timer is going and i dont have time when i asked to make it to 2 transactions. Please take care of your customers. The coupons don't say that each coupon is valid for one transaction only.
