The workers are very kind they are so sweet honestly they are amazing people you gotta visit to Tim Horton at Albion mall road to order your food or drinks I mean they an incredible service I ever go to, they know how to make my day

Good staff n food
While working in the mall, I sometimes attend to customers and then return after 30-40 minutes. The staff there is incredibly friendly they even brew me a fresh cup of coffee and warm up my food in the microwave. Their kindness and attentiveness always make me feel appreciated and valued. It’s a small gesture, but it adds a lot of comfort to my day.

I was in a hurry and was really craving a good cup of coffee. My morning coffee is something that I always look forward to start my day. The staff at this place was celebrating Mother’s Day and the vibe was so positive. I was really satisfied with how good my coffee was tasting. The staff had an amazing aura, they interacted with each customer with such enthusiasm. A good energy of the staff can really make or break the experience of a place and this is just something I really appreciate about this Tim Hortons.

Went there for a coffee since I was already in the mall. Arrow shows line up on right side. After lining up, the guy on left side said the line is on the left side. I told him about the sign showing right side line up.
He continued to served people that came after me on left side. Guy infront of me was served on right side. This is possibly the worst tim hortons period.
