I work near this Tim hortons, and it really gets busy but their service is very good. Employees are very quick and once in a rush hour I got the wrong order and I requested them and they changed it for me. I loved how they handled calmly.

The slowest Tim Hortons to ever exist. They ALWAYS mess up orders and the coffee is never fresh. If you are going to order from there, do a mobile order because they prioritize those and ignore the people standing in line.

I ordered a regular icecap and it tasted like whipped cream, no coffee flavour at all. I tried letting the person know who made it that they messed up the ingredients/ratios a little and a second worker joined in and told me it tasted that way because she just cleaned the machine. I told her that was wrong, and she said okay you can go and waved for me to leave. Cleaning the machine does not magically remove coffee flavour and make it sweeter, also if cleaning the machine did change the flavour like that then that would mean you're giving your customers cleaning products in the drinks and not properly cleaning out the machine. I said from the start that it was fine and I didn't want a refund or anything, but whoever set up the machine should know they messed it up. Telling your customers they can leave because you made a mistake is terrible customer service
