Very unprofessional service. The staff does not listen to orders properly. This is not the first time it has happened. I have repeatedly received my tea without sugar, even though I clearly asked for it.
I complained at the counter the day before yesterday, and they apologized and said it wouldn’t happen again. Unfortunately, the very next day the same employee served me tea without sugar again.
This level of carelessness is unacceptable. If this location continues like this, it will not keep up its standards. Management really needs to start taking action and ensure staff pay attention to customer orders.

I’ve been having an ongoing issue with my tea order for the past 4 days. I always ask nicely for 3 sugars and 2 cream, stirred well, but I consistently receive tea with 1 sugar or less. I make sure to explain it calmly every time, yet the order keeps coming out wrong.
I work right beside this Tim Hortons, and our workplace buys 10–15 medium cups daily on average, so this isn’t a one time visit. When orders are repeatedly incorrect, it becomes frustrating, especially when it’s a very simple request.
I don’t understand what rush causes such basic mistakes, but I really hope management can train employees to be more attentive and consistent with orders. Accuracy matters, especially for regular customers.

I asked for a farmers sandwich with just egg, cheese and hash brown. They added a sausage in it and I don't eat pork. They speak too fast and rush customers when taking orders making the whole thing super confusing.

Went inside to place an order for a pizza and drink the lady who made my food, tossed it to me on the counter without saying what the order was and turned her back on me as I was trying to ask for an napkins as they were not accessible. The pizza box was even dirty on the outside with sauce. Bad service and it was not even busy inside

This is by far the most friendly and efficient Tim’s location I’ve been to. Particularly Joyce is so bright and happy all the time and helps to set a positive tone to my day, each day. Chan is as lovely - efficient and kind. Definitely go here in the mornings.
