If a Filipino is working, the service is very good and fast 5 star for them. If an Indian lady is working, you need to be careful as they may charge extra for food and poor service and longer wait times(zero star)

I was the only car in the drive thru Noone behind me on a Saturday morning 8:50 am. When I got to the window I had barely rolled down my car window when the girl asked Pounts card? I said excuse me I didn't understand, she teoeated I said Visa.Right after I tapped she pulled machine in, a guy handed me my food and the window closed. The cheese on my sandwich wasn't melted and it was barely warm, the hashbrown cold and limp.

I look forward to a daily coffee from Tim’s, however today I was served one of the worst coffees I have ever tasted. Quality and consistency cannot be compromised for faster service, which appears to be the case today and may make me reconsider other locations nearby.
Go inside and order drive thru lines are nuts during weekends and rush hour.
Ordering inside took less than 10 minutes Drive thru can easily be double.
