Went inside to place an order for a pizza and drink the lady who made my food, tossed it to me on the counter without saying what the order was and turned her back on me as I was trying to ask for an napkins as they were not accessible. The pizza box was even dirty on the outside with sauce. Bad service and it was not even busy inside

This is by far the most friendly and efficient Tim’s location I’ve been to. Particularly Joyce is so bright and happy all the time and helps to set a positive tone to my day, each day. Chan is as lovely - efficient and kind. Definitely go here in the mornings.

I’ve been visiting the Tim Hortons at 152 Park Lawn for the past 6 years, and it’s always been a great experience. My favorite shift is usually the morning team — they are polite, friendly, professional, and consistently provide unbelievable customer service. This branch with morning shift team- The are the best of the best!
There’s one woman in particular who takes orders through the speaker, and she always calls me “honey.” By default, my answer back is “sweetheart,” and it never fails to make my day. I absolutely love her energy! She, along with the rest of the team, creates such a warm and welcoming start to my mornings.

They are fast, friendly, always get the order right and keep that location clean both inside and out which I can't say for other locations. I do have other options in my area, but I only go to that location for those very reasons and that very team.

On 31 July, may be owner was there it was excellent customer service and delivery. Today on 1st, way the pack stuff on paper bag it ruined Bostom Cream topping. Staff need to be told we are paying money...
