It was an absolute nightmare to place an order, first she added bacon in my farmers wrap, when specifically told not to, then she added another coffee it took another 15mins to refund that coffee then she added biscuit instead of farmers wrap at this point I accepted. Worst ever time with worst ever staff and most of them couldn't even understand the language.

While the coffee itself was good, the guy who seemed from the Indian sub-continent seemed to be rude, despite my being cordial. Though courtesy doesn't even require training, how does Tim Hortons assign such folks on customer facing roles?
Unfortunate that while the other staff seemed fine, one person contributes to an organization's negative rating.
Vegetarian options: Very few vegetarian options with the entire chain
Dietary restrictions: Not suitable for folks with dietary restrictions, except for coffee, as most desserts are sugar laden, than with sugar-free supplements
Parking: Parking lots are at the rear of the building. First timers will have trouble locating. So beware.
It used to be not bad... now the establishment has deteriorated in terms of food... the second time in a row I've ordered a wrap, sometimes there's no chicken, sometimes there's no rice... and always with the same girl on shift... the rest of the staff is very friendly and professional...

Ordered breakfast combo a while ago here and received a coffee and a sandwich so i asked them where is my hash brown and the girl at the counter said to me that’s that’s the combo lol so I had to reorder my hash brown separate. Educate your staff on what they are selling cause I was told that the breakfast combo is ( coffee and sandwich). I am not expecting any great service at these places but this is pretty bad service

Pros: • Plenty of seating available for families and friends. • Excellent customer service. • Conveniently located just one bus stop away from Kipling Station.
