This Tim Hortons location is the best! From management to staff, everyone is always so kind, friendly, and fast. The service is consistently quick, even during the busy morning rush, and they always get my order right.I grab my coffee here every morning and it always tastes fresh and perfect—just the way I like it.

Disgusting place. 🤮 The toilet was absolutely filthy — not flushed and with urine all around it. Disappointing to see Tim Hortons not keeping up with basic hygiene. Not the first location in this condition.

There is a cleaning and hygiene problem not only for this team but also for many other teams. Please let your responsible managers do their job properly. This problem is not related to the staff but is directly under the responsibility of the manager.

I recently visited this Tim Hortons location, and I was very disappointed with the service. Even though there were only 2-3 customers at the time, it took about 15 minutes just to get my coffee. The staff seemed more interested in socializing with people they knew rather than attending to customers. It was clear they didn’t prioritize customer service, which was very frustrating. I expect better from Tim Hortons, and unfortunately, this experience didn’t meet those expectations.
