The cashier is sooo rude!!!!. I went September 22,2025 @11:50 AM I ordered something and change the order right away. while waiting for my order I heard the cashier taking to the colleage about the ordered I made? what's wrong about it?? why would you talk about it?! you thought I didn't heard it right? next time talk to the customer right away if you have a problem about my order!!

The worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. I stood in line waiting to place my order while the cashiers stood around talking and completely distracted, ignoring customers. To make things worse, during the wait, there was an incident outside involving the police, and in the middle of me trying to pay, the cashier literally walked away from the register just to look out the window. I was left standing there, baffled at the level of unprofessionalism. On top of that, the iced drink I ordered was filled almost entirely with ice and barely any liquid. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service at Tim Hortons. The staff here clearly need proper training and a reminder that customer experience should be a priority.

I’ve given this location plenty of chances, but it’s always the same result: they can’t get the order right. My go-to is a vanilla iced latte, and somehow it’s never made properly. Sometimes the vanilla is missing, sometimes it’s just watered-down coffee with ice, it feels like they don’t actually know how to make one.
It’s frustrating because this isn’t a one-time mistake; it happens every visit. Definitely not the place to go if you expect your order to be made correctly.

I was served amazingly by worker Rajneet and her co workers on their Thursday night shift . She was so lovely and so was the team serving me my favourite Iced Coffee beverage and she always remembers my order which is so thoughtful and amazing . This Tim Hortons location is absolutely my favourite ! All of these workers/ managers are absolutely friendly , polite, provide quick, service , accurate orders and overall provide such above and beyond service ! They always make my day with my orders ! Thank you sooo much !!! 😊🙏🏻
