I’m really disappointed. I regularly order a steeped tea triple triple, and somehow it’s almost always made wrong. I even tell them please make sure it’s triple triple, but it still comes out incorrect. It’s a very simple order, so I don’t understand why this keeps happening. Consistency and basic accuracy really matter, especially when you’re paying for it every time. Hoping this location improves.

Especially one girl Harleen , she is well mannered and treats everyone equally which I loved a lot as in canada sometimes people treats according to their moods but she always makes your mood perfect with sweet smile, greetings and respect, Also Their friendly attitude and patience make me feel welcome, not just like a customer but like someone who matters. The service is quick yet thoughtful, and the atmosphere feels calm and positive.
