Classic Canadian stop—good coffee, tasty Timbits, and quick bites. Service can be hit or miss during rush hour, but it’s hard to beat for a fast pick-me-up.

Too cold inside and the food took a good while. Ordered plain egg croissant. Exoected egg to be fried. Got scrambled. Very messy to eat. Attaching a photo for reference. Request to management - find a way to make it less messy. Thanks.

Important: confirm the price you're paying at the drive thru before tapping your card. I order a large iced latte and the price on their screen was ~$4.70. After I paid and asked for a receipt, the charge was ~$5.30. They said they picked the wrong option but I guess they didn't feel the need to mention the updated price. I get that mistakes happen but after I brought it up, they dismissed me and acted like its fine to just change prices on customers without informing them. I wonder how many times they did this to others who might not have noticed?

just remember trying tims yesterday at this location for the first time and we're so happy abt the service and the food..—Ken (not sure abt the name) is such an amazing staff, she's so lovely and we're amazed how she took orders on the speaker while processing payment on window pick up at the same time..

My friend wants to talk to her more but the drive thru lineup is terrible and other staff went after her and gave our orders😅, maybe she shied away from us haha we're sorry about that-probably will be back on this place!!

Just had the best experience at Tim Hortons! Kylie took my order and she was super nice and friendly, such a great vibe right from the start. The whole team was fast, efficient, and on point. Got my order quick and everything was perfect. 5 stars all the way! Love this place.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at the Tim Hortons drive-thru. The employee (Marie) literally shouted at me because she couldn’t understand my order. Instead of calmly asking me to repeat myself, she raised her voice and acted as if I was the problem.

I wasn’t being rude or difficult — I was just trying to place a simple order. If someone is working in customer service, the bare minimum is to treat people with respect. This kind of behavior is completely uncalled for and makes customers feel unwelcome.

Tim Hortons needs to seriously train their staff on how to deal with customers — shouting is never the solution.

Great items but it’s disappointing when items are sold out so early in the day with no replenishment.
