Took 20 minutes to order and then ANOTHER 20 minutes for 2 small ice capps. They had no ice coffee or any chai. There was black stuff in the coffee and it was overly sweet. The employees were NOT wearing hair nets correctly and the work place had spilled coffee everywhere. Do not recommend.

Coming from the US I've always heard positive things about Tim Horton. After our experience with the staff and the service I will not be back. The staff was very rude and inefficient. Our order was late and when we finally did receive it it was incomplete . Honestly I received better service from other coffee houses. I will not return to this location

DON’T ORDER HERE! I Ordered two steak& cheddar artisan sandwiches, but gave me the wrong one. I went back to the counter, didn’t get any solution. They just saying the cashier went to break and they didn’t even try to fix this problem. All they showed was poor customer service and communication, they wanted to push the responsibility to other people.

More slow than a snail 🐌. 0 experience staff.

U spend hours waiting your order then they come and ask for your receipt so they can look what you actually ordered 🥲…. Bro stay home if you don’t know how to work …

Flies all over the donut. I told them about it but still they are keeping that for sells. They said it sweet flies and taste good. Worst to worst Tim Hortons ever. How could it be in such good place like the great canadian entertainment. They dont have any concern about customers health. It should be banned . If someone know the food inspector please let them know . Thank you.

This the 4th time I’m getting rotten lettuce and veggies. Please be careful. No use of complaining as they don’t care.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE at this location. 1st floor Woodbine Racetrack - Fast Food Row.
I ordered a bagel belt $5.79. And a large coffee $2.40. The cashier said total is $10.48.
I said that is not possible. Cashier and another AA employee began to argue with me suggesting that the register is “always right”. I told them it is incorrect! $5.79+$2.40=$8.19 x 1.13 HST = $9.25. NOT $10.48. They continued to argue with me as if I was wrong. The AA employee even began raising her voice, suggesting that I’m blaming the cashier to pocket the extra. RIDICULOUS!!! And unacceptable. I said just give me the bagel belt and I’ll get a “free” coffee in the casino.
I’m an avid, daily Tim Hortons customer and this was the ultimate worst experience I’ve ever had. This location needs to be re trained on customer service first & foremost. Thank you.
