How could it be in such good place like the great canadian entertainment. They dont have any concern about customers health. It should be banned . TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE at this location. 1st floor Woodbine Racetrack - Fast Food Row. I ordered a bagel belt $5.79. And a large coffee $2.40. The cashier said total is $10.48. I said that is not possible. Cashier and another AA employee began to argue with me suggesting that the register is āalways rightā. I told them it is incorrect! $5.79+$2.40=$8.19 x 1.13 HST = $9.25. NOT $10.48. They continued to argue with me as if I was wrong. The AA employee even began raising her voice, suggesting that Iām blaming the cashier to pocket the extra. RIDICULOUS!!! And unacceptable. I said just give me the bagel belt and Iāll get a āfreeā coffee in the casino. Iām an avid, daily Tim Hortons customer and this was the ultimate worst experience Iāve ever had. This location needs to be re trained on customer service first & foremost. Thank you.

Horrible hours casino advertising says 24 hours but that is a lie!!!!! Closed from 4am to 5:30am and then doesn't even open up at 5:30am. This is extremely pathetic.
Grab your Timās from outside. I have visited this Timās awhile visiting the Casino or other venues. This is my recommendation. Horrible customer service. The food horrible. Either they are missing items such as tomato/lettuce or it is over powered with dressing/mayo they canāt seem to get someone to make a proper sandwich as a simple food chain and such a large establishment with high traffic of customers coming in and out they have incompetent management and leadership. How can a cashier get an order so wrong more than 3 times? Why does a customer keeps hearing the same excuse? Where is the leaders to this organization? Donāt they care about quality of product when serving a customer who is spending/giving money to your establishment? Where is the customer service? Customer donāt come back to an establishment that is badly operated when there is so many other establishments around like yours to visit. Get your hospitality team in order and you will see a difference in your customer turn around. You a casino and nothing else good to offer.

Fresh donuts but the service was horrible the male cashier at night June 27 12 AM. wonāt take my order to help out his colleague when Iām next in line he had his colleague finish the making other orders than she came to take my order and make my order also. He looked at me with puzzle look and as if he did it purposely. Also this location doesnāt do rewards.
