I ordered coffee and Nutella donuts but the order taker I think Phillipines. I requested give me a donut in a box he denied . Donut is for my kid . Is your Tim Hortons not allowed to give box when customer asked for 3 times . Wow what a attitude that guy need to learn how to deal with customers. He was rude to everyone. I will complaint to your head office .

The Staff of this time hortan is toooo good and nice aspecially The Girl working at front Disha. Way of talking of her is too sweet and manager is also responsible lady. Best tim ever❤️

Worst Tim Hortons location in area, manager she is so unprofessional she doesn’t work while customers standing in long line instead She’s stand and will like to have conversation withher favourite customer. Food Quality is always bad and never ? provided good quantity of food .
I think this Manager should be fired immediately if Tim Hortons want to improve their customer service services.
