I waited here for 10 min because was in the washroom than I asked her to heat up the muffin and she refused I asked her twice and she started telling me she is not gonna serve me and the bad part was she was the only one working there. So i had to come out empty handed. Worst store in the area

Lady working today on 18 dec. around 5:30 pm is so hardworking. She was handling multiple customers at once and still was so calm and very polite. God bless her and this store is blessed to have her😊

Tracy is amazing, she remembers her customers orders and always has a smile and kind words… being served by that kind of person makes the short stop heading home at the end of a long day all that much better, and she is definitely one of the reasons I prefer to stop by this little gas station Tim’s location as opposed to the other ‘full sized, 24hr’ location down the street. Calling the staff to take my order while she just ignores and stays inside store..asked the other guy for help but useless.. very horrible customer service and staff

My go-to Tims after long night shifts when I'm so tired I fall asleep ordering & can barely get words straight, but somehow they get me 😅food is always fresh (for a Tims), can't complain quality wise!
But-- Tims could greatly benefit in investing in areas trainers. Seems impossible to expect a shop to run on a busy morning with a barista and a trainee running the register and the barista is having to train them from scratch! That's setting new employees up to fail & putting way too much pressure on seasoned employees who I assume are not getting paid extra to train. Investing in people who know how to train properly & work with new hires is priceless.

I always enjoy visiting Tim Hortons! The staff are friendly, quick, and welcoming, making every visit a positive experience. The coffee is always fresh, and their baked goods taste great every time. I especially appreciate how consistent the service is, no matter which location I go to. It’s a perfect spot for a quick breakfast, an afternoon pick-me-up, or just relaxing with friends. Tim Hortons truly delivers comfort, quality, and Canadian hospitality in every cup!

I gave my order to one of the staff and but when I received my order it was completely different from what i ordered, when I addressed that my order was wrong the staff member, she gave my attitude as if it's my fault.
I'll give 5 stars for the attitude.
It was an absolutely dreadful experience. Some team members are incredibly slow, and there’s a staff member named ‘Disha’ who is extremely rude, slow, and behaves as if she owns the place. I recently witnessed her yelling at a customer and verbally abusing him, even though it was clearly her fault. She cursed him very badly, and I doubt he even received an apology for that.
Whenever I go to get anything she tells other employees to do her work. However,I don't know the name of the girl but She is tall and works usually in the evenings. she talks really nicely and seems like she really works very hard.
This tim really needs to work hard on the employees they hire
