I always enjoy visiting Tim Hortons! The staff are friendly, quick, and welcoming, making every visit a positive experience. The coffee is always fresh, and their baked goods taste great every time. I gave my order to one of the staff and but when I received my order it was completely different from what i ordered, when I addressed that my order was wrong the staff member, she gave my attitude as if it's my fault. I'll give 5 stars for the attitude.

It was an absolutely dreadful experience. Some team members are incredibly slow, and there’s a staff member named ‘Disha’ who is extremely rude, slow, and behaves as if she owns the place. I recently witnessed her yelling at a customer and verbally abusing him, even though it was clearly her fault. She cursed him very badly, and I doubt he even received an apology for that.
Whenever I go to get anything she tells other employees to do her work. However,I don't know the name of the girl but She is tall and works usually in the evenings. she talks really nicely and seems like she really works very hard. This tim really needs to work hard on the employees they hire

I particular love to visit this place because there is a staff here named Kalisha. Her service is amazing. She always has a big smile greeting the customers while taking their orders. That day, she even helped showing me how to use the Tim apps to collect point and proceed the payment at the same time. I appreciate her service very much. Thank you, Kalisha!
