I ordered coffee and Nutella donuts but the order taker I think Phillipines. I requested give me a donut in a box he denied . Donut is for my kid . Is your Tim Hortons not allowed to give box when customer asked for 3 times . Wow what a attitude that guy need to learn how to deal with customers. He was rude to everyone. I will complaint to your head office .
