I recently visited this Tim Hortons location and had a disappointing experience. I ordered a Take 12 coffee set and simply asked for a bit of extra cream on the side. The manager told me she was “only allowed to give a certain amount,” and made it a big issue instead of handling it politely. I understand there are policies, but when a customer is buying 12 coffees, offering a little extra cream shouldn’t be a problem. It’s about customer service and attitude. Unfortunately, the manager’s response came across as unfriendly and unhelpful, which really left a bad impression. I hope management looks into improving customer service at this location — small gestures of kindness go a long way. Please tim Hortons customer care , have a talk with your management

We ordered 2 steeped teas and we started drinking it when we got home, they were both so watered down and tasted awful. We went at 8pm and it was 2 hours before they closed. No reason for such poor service. Not coming back to this location again.
