This used to be one of the better Tim Hortons around - I'd stop in a few times a week on my way to work. However, I won't be coming back at all. The manager today (Sunday Aug 10) has absolutely no common sense, very rude and was not helpful at all. A simple request, that has been done dozens of times at this location alone, was flat out refused by the manager - even after offering to pay whatever cost difference there may be.
So congrats, your lack of customer service is driving regular customers away.

Very unprofessional stuff. Refused to take a filled out Tell Tim's survey. The survey was filled out in 30 days from the purchase moment and it was done. You don't have to submit it in 30 days, you can show it like 2 months later they still need to accept it. They refused because it was 3 days over a month. Rude stuff. Don't go there.

I had a garbage experience at this location. Contacted Tim hortons customer service online and was told someone would get in touch with me from this restaurant and it’s been crickets. I messaged them a second time with a follow up and still the standard waste of time lip service. I’ve attached pictures. Don’t waste your time people when they tell you to email them. It’s just a waste of time and they are just trying to look good and like they care. They really don’t. They don’t care when you come visit them and they sure don’t care afterward either. I only come to Tim’s out of necessity and convenience now.

I went to use the washroom and only one is in use. The washroom was filthy. There was a caution cone in the washroom that looked like it had dried crap around the top and down one side. The mirror was filthy and the sink looks like it has never been washed of the filth. I can only imagine how the kitchen looks.

I didn't pick up the food, so I cannot comment on Service or Atmosphere. As far as the food goes, I found a black hair about 5 or 6 inches long in my Breakfast Belt. Unacceptable. Please cover your head.

I had a disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location on Tuesday, May 27th around 5 PM. The staff came across as quite unprofessional—our order wasn’t prepared properly, and it seemed like they didn’t take the time to mix the drinks correctly. We had ordered a double-double, but the sugar was completely missing. When we politely asked for sugar to fix the issue, one of the female employees reacted rudely. Instead of simply handing it over or acknowledging the mistake, she threw the sugar packet towards us with a noticeably disrespectful attitude and a strange look, as if we were being difficult for pointing out a clear error. Customer service should be about courtesy and attention to detail, and unfortunately, this experience lacked both. I hope the management takes this seriously and addresses the staff’s attitude and training simple professionalism can go a long way.
The worst tim Hortons location my work place is close by so at times I place online coffee and breakfast order but 90% of the time there is some or the other issues with the breakfast one time there was hair in the food the other time they sent wrong order and today was the worst even after specifically selecting no sausage no bacon when I received the wrap I just had 3 bites of it and on 3rd bite I realized it had sausage in it me being a Hindu we don't eat beef. Upon calling to tell them the answer I get is mistakes happen like how can you make such a mistake. I have worked in food industry too I know it gets busy but this was unacceptable.

The employees never listen to the order properly I asked for a sausage and croissant sandwich no cheese .I confirmed it twice but they made the sandwich with egg inside and charged me extra by punching it in as a regular sandwich
