beyond rude in the drive thru. speaking to other people while I'm trying to pay. they consistently get my order wrong. I applied a 20% off hot drinks coupon from the app but she wasn't listening and only charged me for one drink when I ordered 2. made me do TWO transactions and the second one I couldn't apply the coupon to. this was her mistake not mine, yet I quite literally paid for it.
