I always have a great experience at this Tim Hortons location. Karthika, in particular, has consistently made my coffee just the way I like it, her friendly and attentive service really stands out

Worst Tim Hortons. It was supposed to close at 10pm, I reached there before 9:45pm and they already turned off Steeped tea.
Most morning they really busy so check your bag make sure u get everything

I recently had a disappointing experience at Tim Hortons. I ordered two Red Eye Ice Caps, but the employee only gave us one initially and then went on to take another customer's order. When we asked for the second Ice Cap, it was clear that it had been sitting ready on the kitchen counter all along. The wait was completely unnecessary. To make matters worse, when he finally gave us the second Ice Cap, he banged it down on the service counter. This kind of service is unacceptable and left a bad impression. Tim Hortons, please ensure your staff provides better service in the future.

Terrible staff. Very rude young man working there. The scanner light. Is alway up in customers face. Very bad for people's eyes
Bit busy on weekends but folks working here are fast, friendly and remembers your coffee if you are a regular customer. Need to make more Honey crullers.

Those 2 Clerks working today, April the 20th around 11 am, didn’t even bothered to take my order, they just talking to each other about their life stories. I just left without ordering.Owner please teach them basics of customer service, or Get new staffs otherwise it will keep hurting your sales.

Good luck if the person before you ordered a few items. The clerks wont do orders simultaneously (such as getting your coffee while their bagels are cooking)

This Express is always busy yet always understaffed and the employees suffer from impatient jerks in line. Ownership should provide more staff for this location.
