The worst place to get coffee or food. They never serve any lunch or dinner. They only have breakfast and even run out items on some of breakfast . The service is garbage you stand in the line for 10 minutes because they always shot on staff. Hygiene is bad as well I have seen spiders inside bakery shelf’s.

I usually don’t leave comments or complaints, but I felt I had to speak up after my experience yesterday morning. I was served a burnt Four Cheese Bagel, which was very disappointing. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time there have been issues — our office frequently receives incorrect or poorly prepared coffee orders from this location. i continue to visit because it's the only Tim Hortons near my workplace, but the repeated problems are frustrating. I’ve attached a photo of the burnt bagel for your reference.

I asked for a large vanilla iced coffee with extra vanilla stirred well first thing there’s no vanilla in here second of all it’s not even every time I come here these guys always mess up my damn order. This is unacceptable for this Tim Hortons location I will not be tolerating this behaviour from any of the employees and closing the window on my face when I’m telling them to stir well unacceptable behavior.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Tim Hortons. I ordered two Red Eye Ice Caps, but the employee only gave us one initially and then went on to take another customer's order. When we asked for the second Ice Cap, it was clear that it had been sitting ready on the kitchen counter all along. The wait was completely unnecessary. To make matters worse, when he finally gave us the second Ice Cap, he banged it down on the service counter. This kind of service is unacceptable and left a bad impression. Tim Hortons, please ensure your staff provides better service in the future. (18th July 2024 Evening)
