We tried Toast on Bloor and our breakfast was amazing. I had the breakfast buritto and it was large with beans eggs bacon rice and aocado.
NIcely done and my husbands Toast 3 egg breakfast was excellent.
The only concern is the noise level. It needs more wall covering to cut down on the noise level. This would be a concern for anyone wht a hearing issue.

What a gem! Toast on Bloor serves up incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked food that hits the spot . Everything on the plate feels like it was made with care, and the flavours truly delicious. Try the eggs Benny with a patty and bacon (slider)
The service is top-notch….attentive without being overbearing, and friendly. You really feel welcomed here, like a regular even if it’s the first visit.
Add to that the quaint and cozy atmosphere, and it’s a place you will want to keep coming back to. (I know I will) Great value, great vibe, and fresh food. Highly recommend!

We have been coming here for years and the food is still very good (especially their salmon eggs benny) but it is disappointing that they no longer provide any garnish (besides a lime) to go with their Caesar drink. Caesar is not a Caesar without some type of garnish. They used to give bacon and a pierogie with their Caesar (and it was absolutely delicious!) and now they don’t even put in a celery stalk or pickle /bean. Won’t be ordering the Caesar anymore.

They have the option to substitute tofu for egg in several of the dishes. I had the avocado toast with tofu scramble in place of an egg. It came with a small salad and fried potatoes. I’m not quite sure what they used on the potatoes, but they were excellent. We would definitely eat here again when we are back in the area

Lovely environment. Polite and friendly service. Food was excellent. You get that vibe of it being very kind people who care and work hard. We need more of this (the care and kind part). Highly recommend you support this establishment. It’s to your benefit. Will definitely return.
This place has good reviews, mine isn't one of them. Went on a Saturday just after 12:30 placed my order it was ok nothing special about the beef dip sandwich. When it was time to pay my bill $26, I gave the server a $100 bill. She came back and said, they couldn't make change, told her that's all I had, so off she went again. She came back and gave me $70 instead of $74? Maybe she was hoping that I wouldn't notice, I did, and should have left a Dollar. She was lucky I left her $2.55. Toast on Bloor is just that, TOAST! I won't be back.
Edit: I can't say I heard an apology, if so, I didn't hear it. Doesn't matter, what does and it blows my mind everytime is, the kids businesses put in positions handling cash, for the last almost 20yrs now, are lost and can't do simple math in they're heads! Not just this instance, this is everywhere.
