Very nice and friendly, parking is a little tight but workable. It can get busy, so pack your patience ( it’s worth it). Food is well worth the wait.

The food and baked items are good. The lady serving at the hot table seems miserable and uninterested in her work. It feels like you are bothering her just by being a customer. It doesn't really make you want to come back when you feel like you're not welcomed.

Ok so love the food and the dessert counter food and service is excellent, but the lady that made my veal sandwich, terrible customer service, seemed pissed off but was super nice to the next customer behind me who was caucasian....so I'm not sure what it was. For alternative cause I will only go to dessert counter here in the future, the sandwiches at Fortino's are AWESOME!!

The woman behind the hot table needs some manners. How about a smile or just be polite? She is rude to the point of me not going back. Perhaps she needs a job in the back of the bakery, so her bad attitude dosent effect the paying customers questioning their return. What a buzz kill when you start off your meal with misery on two feet. There are lots of other places to eat

I asked for a cake similar to the cake slices they have on display. I picked it up the next day and it was *not* the cake i asked for but I had to take it because I had to deliver A CAKE for a birthday party. Imagine asking for a mousse cake and getting a shortcake instead.
I called them later to complain and they said that not only were they unable to make the cake I requested (and gave an excuse like saying that I should have returned the cake, which I couldn't because I needed to deliver *a cake* at that moment), but that they also *don't know* where I can find such a cake! Are you kidding me? You're a bakery and you don't even know where your display slices are from?

Coming here for the first time as I saw the reviews for deserts were good and I wasn’t disappointed. Very fresh and taste incredible. Everyone enjoyed the desert and there were no leftovers. The lady serving me was very helpful and kind. Enjoyed our experience and will be back to try out more desserts and other items they offer.
