Arrived from a delayed flight, starving and hoping for a quick meal. We chose this restaurant based on online pictures of their food, and reviews but the experience was far from what we expected.
The food was a disaster. My French onion soup didn’t taste one. It was cold, saggy, and full of soaked diced bread with no onion flavour. AWFUL that I lost my appetite. The burger was overpriced and half decent. Potatoes were almost burned. My daughter's shell pasta was dry and chewy, and the nachos ($30!) were mostly veggies and bits of meat.
Service was inattentive - food was served without utensils, forcing us to grab them from another table.
The ambience was the highlight, with a nice atmosphere.
Overall, we'd skip this restaurant next time

I didn't know that Turtle Jack's were a franchise. This location is a franchise. Waitress was friendly but didn't see much of her. It was Valentines Day and it looked like she was the only Waitress in our section. The restaurant decor needs updating. I've been to other Turtle Jack's with beautiful decor. The blackened chicken was great though.

We had the Fried Calamari and Fried Pickles to start. Calamari were slightly rubbery but very tasty. Pickles we're fantastic and the coating was heavy, which is what you want. I had the Bison Burger with Sweet Potato Fries as my main, and the Burger was spectacular. My girl has the Fajitas, and they subbed out the Chicken for Beef no extra charge. Definitely recommend!

My family and I were attended by Brianna, who made us feel at home. Her kindness and helpfulness were excellent — attentive, friendly, and always mindful of every detail, which made our experience very warm and welcoming.
As for the food, the price–quality–portion ratio was very good.
100% recommended whether you’re traveling or simply want to enjoy a great atmosphere and a good meal.
We’ve already come back twice!

My husband and I had a wonderful valentines date night during happy hour. The food portions were large and the raspberry mojito was delicious. Our server Brianna was kind and attentive. We will definitely be returning to turtle jacks in the future.
