I am writing this review after talking to Yury, the owner of the store. I called to provide the feedback on the quality of the cabbage rolls I bought, it was very disappointing, as I could not locate any meat, just rice and carrots. Writing this after the owner said that he doesn’t care about my feedback, after being in business for 35 years. But treating the customers this way will numbering you one day, believe me!

Great Deli Store! You can find Ukrainian and European food there. The food is excellent, the prices are reasonable, and the staff are very friendly to everyone. Highly recommended!

Great little Ukrainian family deli and hot table in Etobicoke. Nice variety of European pantry items stocked as well. Lots of low or no sugar items and large pasta selection. Hot table at very back is the star. Delicious hand made pierogies and meat on a stick are stocked regularly and cooked fresh throughout the day. If the hot table is empty it only takes a few minutes to boil a fresh batch. I enjoy the cabbage rolls and kapusta. They are regional recipes and remind me of my grandparents recipe not commercial variations easily found in Canadian hot tables. Freezer has a selection of homemade food items as well. No seating, strictly takeout out but store is well kept and always spotless. Food is worth the hassle of the tiny parking lot with jumbo pot holes and hockey SUV’s going to the skate store in the same plaza.
Parking: Small lot that gets very busy during hockey season when all the huge SUV’s take up all the spots instead of their assigned 4 spots. Ppl do park on Ashbourne but not entirely sure if legal.

Cabbage rolls used to be really good but the ones I got yesterday were mostly rice. I don't know if they changed the recipe but I was disappointed and wo t be going back.

I quite enjoyed this little European deli/bakery!I dined in as a pit stop on my way out of town, and the food was so tasty and the people here were so nice, I decided to take home some food as well. It was a joy getting lunch here and supporting a small business (I saw them by chance as I was driving towards my usual fast food restaurant.... I'm glad I went here instead). I ordered cabbage rolls, perogies, perfectly-spiced potatoes, fresh beet salad and blackcurrant juice. That juice is so thirst- quenching!! They had fish, schnitzel, and sausages at the hot food table that looked delicious as well.I also picked up gluten-free multi-flower honey biscuits for my gluten-free guests. They have a wonderful variety of high quality products.I'm also excited to try this chocolate butter from Ukraine. I'm a happy customer ?

Dietary restrictions: Tons of gluten free options for pasta, confectionary and baked items.
Parking: This business shares about 20 parking spots with other businesses in this strip
Wheelchair accessibility: There are no steps and the business is wheelchair and walker accessible. However the door does not have an accessibility button and the staff can help open the door for you
