Versac Lounge and Restaurant

We came here for a staff party of 20. The food and atmosphere was excellent. We had help from Katrynna who was nothing short of amazing. Anything we needed was taken care of immediately. When one of the drinks was missed she personally brought out a new one right away and comped it. Would recommend 10/10 for any group events (or even a date night too)!

Shisha flavours were amazing and the food came out surprisingly quick but still tasted really good. Katrynna was the best hostess and she really made me and my friends from out of town feel very at home and welcomed. Prices were pretty reasonable too, was overall a great experience

I came in with a couple friends the other night and kat was INCREDIBLE. Her service was exceptional, and she recommended all the best beverages and food. She created a comfortable, friendly experience for my friends and I. we WILL be back!

Absolutely love this place! The vibe is always amazing, the staff are super friendly, and the shisha is smooth every single time. Katrina is absolutely amazing. It’s the perfect spot to relax with friends — highly recommend!

I visited this place with some friends, and we all had an amazing experience! Our server, Katrynna, truly made our time special. She was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. Even though my friends typically don’t write reviews, I felt compelled to share our experience because she went above and beyond in showing us what true hospitality looks like. Had the most amazing experience at Versac in Etobicoke! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was fantastic, and Katrynna took such wonderful care of us. Her warm smile and incredible service made the night unforgettable. Honestly, we’d come back just for her! Highly recommend!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The floor manager was extremely rude and unprofessional, which ruined the visit for me. The way he spoke to customers was unacceptable, and I honestly didn’t feel safe being there.

Very good place. You have good time, not just Middle East. It's international music and beautiful staff. Beautiful management highly recommended to spend and eat good food and to spend a fantastic time

It was a good restaurant, and we had a great evening. The staff were very helpful and nice, except for the guy in the suit who was holding the microphone; he was very annoying and made noises that disturbed both the singer and the audience. Please ask him to leave the microphone.
