Mediocre to average food taste and quality. It looks fresh but doesn't taste like much, unfortunately. Got the chicken platter with two salads and rice and very soggy greasy potatoes.

Picked up a super shawarma wrap and it garbage. Hardly any chicken and dry. I haven't gotten food from here in a really long time, because Im never happy with it but thought I would give it another try. Last time.

Food was good (better if it was not lukewarm), cashier acted like she didn't even want to be there, attitude made it like she was being inconvenienced.
I won't make that mistake going there again.
If it wasn't for the food, this would be a 1⭐ rating.

I had the best experience with Khawla when ordering for the first time from Villa Madina at Sherway Gardens. She was so patient and friendly when I asked her questions about the different kinds of food, and the options. BRING BACK THE SAJ. Not sure if they’re under new ownership but portions are smaller now, staff isn’t as friendly and wraps are more bread than anything else now. Used to be a good chain, new menu takes away a lot.
