My friend wanted to treat me to a lunch at Wally's Grill and it was a great idea. On walking into the restaurant, we saw Premier Doug Ford who was dining with three other persons. He was nice and smiled at us. Apparently, from what I heard, he's a regular at Wally's.
My friend and I sat at a booth and were both happy with our meals. She enjoyed her Alfredo with shrimp and noodles and I enjoyed the thickest, most delicious hamburger! The waitress was excellent. Very clean interior. It was a really pleasant dining experience. I'll be back soon, e.g. I've heard that their breakfasts are delicious, too. Big recommendation from me!

This is our first time coming to Wally’s my husband and I were just driving when we notice this place and decided to come and give it a try. Well we will be coming back the food was delicious and the service was great. The manager even came over and gave us a hand shake welcoming us because it was our first time. We will be back for sure Thank you

Had dinner at Wally's Grill on Friday night for the first time. We just didn't want to cook and my spouse had been there for breakfast and suggested that we give Wally's a try. It was a very positive experience. Despite being relatively busy and there only being one wait staff, the service was spot on. The selection on the menu was pure diner fare - hot beef and hot turkey sandwiches, burgers, sandwiches, and so on. I had a fish sandwich with fries and a side of coleslaw and my spouse had the hot turkey. My fish sandwich was awesome. It was perfectly fried, with a nice piece of haddock. The batter was crispy and not oily. The hot turkey sandwich was garnished with a generous helping of fresh mixed vegetables and french fries and the turkey amount was more than sufficient. All in all, a great, quick, inexpensive diner dinner. Please note - Order your gravy for the hot turkey to be served on the side and don't forget to order fries with the haddock sandwich, it doesn't come with fries!

Wally's Grill is a Great Spot!
If you want a great, simple meal, go to Wally's Grill on Rexdale. This place feels like home.
The staff are super friendly and always smiling. They make you feel welcome right away. It's a comfortable spot for the whole family, kids and all.
When you go, make sure you are very hungry. They give you so much food! The plates are huge. You get all that food for a great price, too. It doesn't cost a lot.
Wally's is just a classic, cozy diner with good, honest food. It's perfect for a big breakfast or an easy dinner. We loved it and will definitely go back!
