I live in a condo and placed my order 5 days ago. When I checked the shop account, it kept saying that shipping was being prepared, so I assumed the item hadn’t been delivered yet. But today, I went down to the lobby and found my package just sitting there. The ice had completely melted and the product was lukewarm — unbelievable! If you just leave it on the lobby table without informing security, no one takes responsibility for it, and I can't bring it up to my unit. This isn’t the first time — I had the exact same experience before. I asked for accurate delivery information back then too, but was ignored. This time was no different. It’s like they just dropped it off and left. What’s the point of having a good product if the delivery is so poorly handled?

I ordered a juice cleanse on Victoria Day and the website said it would be processed on the next business day or within 24-48 hours. After three days with no updates, I emailed the company to ask about my order status and was told that Purolator had failed to pick up deliveries the previous day and it would be shipped out immediately and arrive the next day.
I eventually received notice that a shipping slip had been printed but Purolator never picked up my package from the warehouse. I emailed the company again and was told that Purolator wouldn't be coming to pick up the package for at least three more days.
I would not have placed an online order at all of I'd expected the wait to be in excess of 9 days, much less paid for express shipping. You can buy this juice (or better, more reliable brands!) from the grocery store for the same price - there is no price, timing, or service incentive to order through the company.

I just tried the apple juice. Wow! Never in my life have a had apple juice that actually tastes like apples! It’s not too sweet. It was delicious. My boy said “can we get this everytime instead of apple juice”

I ordered 10 days ago. I still have no received my package and it has been sitting in a warehouse for 3 days. Now it will be bad.. they have no humans to talk to about this, only email which they take over 24 hours to respond. Do not buy from them they are very unorganized, dishonest and quite frankly took 100$ from me and never gave me a product. I have yet to hear from them.

I went inside to ask a question and was accused of selling juice, I was not soliciting nor was I selling or peddling any such food or juice. The people here are extremely ignorant. What kind of business is this if you cannot even walk inside to ask a question?

I WON a contest on IG in December they messaged me for my shipping info and a week passed I never got anything I messaged them directly and they said due to holidays would take time I waited were now at the end of the month still no received emailed them and no response VERY SHADY AND FALSE ADVERTISING not RIGHT.

September 7th, 2022: Replacement order - another huge issue. I contacted the costumer service. - Sept 8th Customer service was awesome again. Their shipping department is their weakness. The Ginger/lemon/honey shot gives you a kick to start your day, as expected.August 2022: First order - I had an issue and I got a great costumer service so far.
I've had crummy orange drink, I've had fresh pressed orange juice from a farmers market in Florida and a lot in between.For the price, this is the absolute worst juice I've ever had in my entire life. I don't know what they do to make fruit taste this shoddy, but it takes skill. 335 mL and I couldn't finish it, even though it cost like six bucks.AVOID.
