I recently went through the drive-thru at night and Amandeep was the one taking my order. I have to say, she was outstanding! Even though it was very busy and there was a big line-up, she stayed calm, kept smiling, and made sure everything was perfect. From the moment she greeted me, her tone was warm and welcoming, which honestly made a big difference after a long day. She was patient, clear, and polite while taking my order, and she repeated it back to make sure everything was correct. When I got to the window, she was just as friendly and positive, and despite the rush, my food was ready quickly and exactly how I ordered it. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service, especially late at night, but Amandeep really went above and beyond. I truly appreciate her hard work and kindness, and I think Wendy’s is lucky to have such a dedicated employee on their team. I highly recommend this Wendy’s because of the excellent service she provides!

We love coming to 2136 Wendy’s on Kipling and Rexdale. Our special needs program visits this location every Tuesday before our bowling activity and the staff here are wonderful, helpful, kind and always supportive of us. They welcome us with open arms and allow us to have our space with minimum issues or challenges. Good humans exist and they can found here.

Food is okay, the service isn’t too good. They leave the customers at the front waiting to be served while focusing only on drive through.

I was hungry in the middle of the night. I dont own a car and I wanted McDonald's drive thru but they turned me away when I tried to order. But this Wendy's was nice enough to show me what I can order, gave me time, were very understanding in a weird situation, and the staff were really nice! Even giving me a free drink. I had a terrible day but this small thing was a huge 180. Would go to again
