Been a frequent guest at Wendy’s. Came to try the new promo Grill Cheese Burger. It was terrible. I am certain that the procedure was done incorrect because I know Wendy’s stand behind there quality. First it wasn’t grilled. Cheese was not melted even the bun was not toasted. Very disappointing burger. Being a holiday I don’t think the scheduling was right. Just 4 people visible. Service was slower than usual. Sorry Wendy’s. In addition no receipt was given.

This is the worst Wendys I have ever visited in my life. We love Wendys burgers, always fresh & tasty. This location is horrendous, old dry FLAT patty for both our burgers. Since when?! Staff definitely need more training, not following protocol at all. If it was my first time visiting a Wendys and had this burger, I'd definitely not ever return to any of their establishments ever again! We won't ever come back here. Skip this location.

Partner ordered number 2 and got a chicken sandwich instead of burger. Went back and they gave us a burger that was cold so we let them know. Finally they gave still gave us a wrong burger that we didn't ask for onions or pickles. The staff took a long time to give us 1 combo and it was not even busy. Staff don't know the difference by between a chicken and burger. Staff needs retraining.

Got food poisoning from eating there on October 20th 2024 via the management/staff working at 2pm.
It would be nice being in Canada working at a english speaking business that you would actually know english.. Had to walk out they person taking the order did not understand any english at all

Honestly the Krabby Patty meal was a big let down. Came here when there were only 4 customers so expected the order to be done right. As mentioned ordered the Krabby Patty meal, before I get into the meal itself I had to get them to remake my order 3 times! First time they didn't put none of the toppings, just a Dave's double with cheese, second time they gave me a Dave's single with only lettuce, tomatoes and secret sauce(no pickles or onions), 3rd time I finally got it done right. Best part was staff arguing the first 2 times that they did it right when I had to pull up the promo to prove my point. Got a large pineapple under the sea frosty which was the highlight if they had put enough of the puree. They only put puree on the top and when I had asked for extra so I can add it myself, the manager tried to charge me instead of realizing that it does need an even amount throughout. If it was busy I'd understand but if there's only 4 customers in the entire restaurant then there's no reason why you should have to remake an order 3 times. Overall I spent $16.00 on a mediocre burger, large fries and a great frosty(if done right) for a Spongebob collab this sucks and I don't recommend this location.
