1 Star each for food and service but bear in mind this is solely based on my one order so far.Ordered a Baconator that had 1 strip of bacon that was super overcooked and looked like a piece of a Fast Food sized strip of Bacon.Went back to ask for a new burger with more bacon and opened the sandwiched and showed them the bacon and they said "It has Bacon, what do you want?"3 stars for Atmosphere because it's a fast food joint so you can't really go higher or lower for Atmosphere.

Today I experienced the worst customer service in the drive-through at the Wendy’s on the Queensway. Jaspendeer needs extra customer service experience. She should really be careful with her words “WOW”.

Whoever is working on April 7th 8:51 PM, Manager or employee or whoever picked up the phone when I called and told them my order has been wrong for a few weeks and all i did was ask for him to put in what they have forgotten for the last few months (literally a small gravy and small fry everytime) in the bag, has given me a disgusting hard time.. first, he hung up on me when I asked him to fulfill my last missed order, (he claimed I was abusive and disrespectful when I said wanted my last order.. check the phone “MANAGER”) then when I called back to ask his name, he hung up again. I could also hear giggles in the backround & him speaking his language to his employees or coworkers about me losing at least over 260$ added up from when I ordered from this stupid a$$ FAST FOOD PLACE ? Somebody needs to do better because this is disgusting. Never ever ordering from Wendy’s again because of this?.

This is a nice Wendy’s location for dining-in. There is nice seating, and a fireplace so it is cozy. I like the custom soda dispensers here too!

Just had the saddest, thinnest three chicken strips from this location. Together they amounted to maybe one and a half strips for what they usually are or were. Hope this is not going to be the standard for Wendy's going forward. Still hungry, wish I had ordered fries!!

Normally Wendy's is of of my top 2 favorite fast food chains. Tied with Mary Brown's. But this location was completely out of sour cream for their baked potatoes at dinner time. This is one of the dishes that separates them from competitors. Also their mushroom melt burgers have less than cheese sauce than previous years. Other than that, a nice new location. Plenty of parking available, as well as seats inside. A very open concept build with tons of windows.Parking: Sizable parking behind location.

Disappointed. Ordered a baked potato and they didn't have sour cream and chives.
Consistently good fast food.Tried the bacon and egg biscuit. Pretty good. Coffee however isn’t up to snuff. It’s sort of weak but bitter at the same time. Biscuit was a home run but coffee was a foul ball.Had the $5 breakfast a biscuit with bacon or sausage, egg and cheese and a side of potato wedges. Both were delicious. Coffee seemed to have improved as well. We will order again.
