I had a great experience at Wendy’s today. The cashier, Lakhwinder Kaur, was very polite, friendly, and patient while taking my order. She greeted me with a smile and made the checkout process quick and easy. The service felt welcoming and professional. Overall, really good customer service and a pleasant visit. I would definitely come back again.

On March 21, Saturday night, I decided to buy a few things. While I was looking at the menu, I saw one of the guys (the one with the red shirt) sticking his hand in his pants and scratching himself ..... you can guess what he was scratching. Then, without washing his hands started helping the girls with the orders. Disgusting!!! I was surprised that he didn't even bother that the customers who were waiting for their orders saw him. I can imagine what he does when no one sees him. It's a shame that hygiene is zero in such places these days.

Remoshani was very helpful in helping me customize my order. Good service from this location every time I’ve been, a gentleman helped me work the app my first time here. 10/10 uniquely caring for a city location
The staff here is generally nice. My only issue is while dining with friends, there was a homeless individual inside the restaurant engaging in unsanitary behavior, including putting his hands in his pants and then touching shared surfaces like the doors and trash areas. He was also lingering nearby and watching customers to see if they would finish their food, which made us feel uneasy.
I understand these situations can be sensitive, but management should be doing more to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers. This experience made it hard to enjoy our visit.
