Do not eat here!! I did not read the review about this location and definitely regret it as I got food poisoning and spend the weekend throwing up after ordering a son of a baconator and a frostie.
Restaurant is sketchy. I didn’t notice until I sat down to eat but there are a 2-3 drug addicts/homeless hanging out around the parking lot and in the dining room. One of them came inside with his crack pipe trying to use the bathroom but was clearly out of it as he stood in the doorway and kept pushing the bathroom door open and closed for a good 5mins until he decided to go in. Myself and lots of other diners felt uneasy about the security at that location.
Would say the worst part would be the lack of sanitary measures the restaurant takes. After finishing my meal and preparing to leave I saw one of the employees (wearing gloves) pick up trash from the dining room floor then walk back into the kitchen and started serving (touching the counters, machines etc) with the same dirty gloves. Without changing them. Most likely how I got sick from the food.
Suggest that the franchisee hire security to make diners feel safe when dining in and definitely retrain your staff on sanitary measures (cooking, food safety) before you get others sick.

For fast food, Wendy’s is pretty incredible and generally fresh tasting. The service here was great and the food was delicious. We got the spicy chicken wraps, the spicy chicken sandwich, and a large fries. The chicken here is very flavourful and fresh. The fries aren’t really seasoned much besides salt but still are tasty and fresh.

Ordered an Asiago chicken club via drive through. When I arrived home I realized they left all the toppings off the club so it was basically just bacon cheese and sauce… not to mention that while I was picking up my food at the window I didn’t see a single employee wearing a hair net nor were they even wearing the same uniform. For all I know this “employee” could be a random guy who walked in off the street, threw on an apron and cheffed up my burger (the quality of the food I received makes this seem like a real possibility). I no longer feel safe ordering food from this location which is a shame as I’ve been coming here for years but management must have changed recently as the food, service, cleanliness and health and safety protocols have all gone downhill.

Went to get a coffee and decided I needed to use the rest room. But I walked in and saw such a disgusting bathroom. Smelt absolutely horrible in there and human faeces on the toilet and toilet seat. Never coming back here worst experience

I placed an order via drive through this morning. The service was terrible. They told me to pull over to the side for my food and I waited for 20 minutes before getting out of my car to go inside to pickup my order. The manager was there person who took my order. He was rude and had a disregard for my concerns as I customer. I told him that if he knew there was going to be a long wait he should have told me. No one was before me so I don't understand what took so long and it was at 8:45 am. The manager just walked away and ignored me. Very disrespectful! They will not get my money again!
