I was a little mad when it said they were open till 1am on the website and going inside at 12.55 am and was told they were closed.
We did get served but had to eat in the car.
Somebody should update the website.

I watched management pick through the fries while waiting for my order... they kept picking stuff out of the cooked fries as if something fell in and was shuffling around from the deep fryer back into the warming section.

Found this odd and after 10min of waiting I politely asked for a refund.
This sparked an issue and staff starting speaking in their own native language.

I was ignored for a moment then the manager aggressively grabbed my receipt and said tap your card. When I told her I paid cash I knew this place was poorly managed.

Fortunately this wave of poor service has led me to eat less fast food. 😅

Canceling my order in the middle of me ordering so an employee can order their own food is RIDICULOUS. How selfish can you be???? You work there and you the employee put yourself first instead of the customer. In the MIDDLE of my order no less. SMH.

I had the best customer service experience today! I accidentally dropped my food and spilled my drink on the floor, but Manager Shubham calmly handled the situation. He immediately remade my order, asked the cashier to bring a mop, and personally brought the food to our table with such politeness. His colleague Jai also came by to check if we were doing okay. The management at this location is truly amazing—they clearly understand what customers need and have trained their staff to deliver the same level of care.

We grabbed a frosty here recently to beat the heat, and the sweetest older woman was working the drive thru window. She was just so pleasant and helpful!

Wendy's as a chain is my ride-or-die. It's the only fast food I still eat. This location has consistently provided the worst service I've ever experienced and I have to assume management is the problem since they hold their staff to zero standards (and likely don't train well). I can't imagine any good manager allowing orders to go out the way they do here.

DO NOT order from this location through a delivery app. Packaging is awful, items are frequently missed, my poor courier had the bottom of a bag of drinks fall out because it was too heavy and we lost like half an order for a group. Not to mention the other 3-4 items that were missing (likely the courier wasn't given all the bags).

Sloppy presentation, sloppy packaging, gross experience. Avoid this location.

Wendy's is still good elsewhere.
