I had an offer through the app but they weren't able to apply it. Told me that there was "service error'. Was waiting for about 5-6 minutes and they had made the order but told me there was nothing they can do to honour it. Sad experience at this location.

Last time I'm coming to this location they short Change Me by ten dollars had to walk in and get my change back then my sandwich was squashed, you just lost my service and the manager all he can do is smile, train people properly at least understand English, hire people that understand English.

My go to Wendy's location. Good standalone building, not attached to the Tim Hortons but they are side by side. The drive through can make the parking lot a bit of a mess, but I rarely go during prime time.
Service is good, food is always correct, and have had zero issues.

This girl was so lazy to go get me a bottle of water that was room temperature when i asked she said no mot knowing that i delivery to Wendys and the water doesn't come chilled the stores have to put it in the fridge themselves. But just another lazy bunch of people. The only person that has manners and seem to like her job was the one Oriental girl that i see there sometimes but the rest are just lazy as usual same people working at Tim what do you expect right!

Understaffed and under trained. Expect to wait long. Expect issues. When I’ve brought up my concerns to their manager, she shrugged “I’m under staffed, what do you expect me to do?”

Paid 43 dollars and didn't receive half my food, frustrating when you dont find out until you drive all the way home after a long day of work.
Service was excellent. We were served by new cashier but the trainer was very positive and polite in training her.
