What has happened to Wendy's?? Chicken burger so thin and crispy you can crack it in half like a nacho chip. Watery chili that they charge you extra for when you swap it out the fries without telling you. Bread crumbs that are dust. Two stars because it seemed clean and the employees were very nice

Let me start off by saying I have fast food background of over 8 years serving as ASM at one point.
This story is about treating customers poorly and I don’t understand what truly happens at this Wendy’s.
Me and my family pull into the Wendy’s to grab 2 drinks and 3 “STRAWS”. My son who is level 3 autisim can only drink outta straws and myself have super sensitive teeth and need straws myself.
This location has provided straws before and then not, than have, than not, which I’m not here to complain about the obvious mis-training of employees and not actually have clue what they’re doing in the restaurant as a very “core principles” go.
No it’s when my wife tries to respectfully to ask a question politely and respectfully and the lady closes the window on my wife.
Like let alone policies, let alone food and drinks being hella expensive none that. MY WIFE is disrespected and not only but in front of her family.
I’ll be writing a review everyday until I’m contacted.
