Their playlist of music is just awesome ! I enjoy it so much ! I've been visiting them for almost 2 years now pretty much every other day, and I dont recall a song that was played twice.. They have a very long list of songs !

Poor customer service at the drive through. Rolls eyes when you ask for ketchup. They also put the bottle of apple juice inside the bag with food. This leads to cross contamination if the bottle has been placed on a counter or fridge and it’s now in your bag sitting on your food. How hard is it to hand you the bottle separately? Must be difficult to serve burgers and fries for a living.

Typical Wendy's, it was around 8 pm so not too many customers inside.

This is honestly one of the fast / accurate wendys I've ever been to. I come here very often for lunch. My order has been correct and fresh all the time. I have zero complaints here. I have never been inside so I cannot describe the atmosphere.

Fries were not fresh. They were soft and seemed extra salty. Burger was barely warm. My cheese didn't even melt in my Dave's Single. For such a new location I expected service and food quality to be top notch. I was definitely wrong.

On Google this location states that it opens at 6:30am. I was waiting in the parking lot at 6:20am and waited until 6:30am to drive to the window. When I arrived to the window, the worker was extremely rude. She proceeded to wave me off with her hands. I then told her that Google says you are open. She opened the window slightly to quickly say “we open at 7” closed the window and walked away. There was no apology. There was no etiquette or customer service displayed. Management needs to teach their employees how to talk to customers. I am hoping that the worker was not lying and they do in fact open at 7am. If so Google needs to update this. And if they are lying than management needs to do more than just have a talk with their employees

Ordered food as per website says opens at 6:30AM. Went to pick up food but @6:45 but people from inside said they will open @7am. Waited in the parking lot as they said food will be ready @7:05. Writing this @7:15 but still food is not ready.

The two women working Late night Fri-Sat said this location apparently closed at 12 am (at 12:20) not 1am as the drive-thru and Google have it listed. There was also an Uber driver there picking up food at this time. IF these lady's were being truthful this is unacceptable as a company for you not to have the correct times of operation clearly listed on Google and somewhere visible outside the building/ drive-thru.

Very rude night manager in the midnight. Ordered a food they accept my order then they told me to come to the drive thru window. the manager lady told me that we closed no food for me. not even a sorry. Not a customer friendly place. Same on you management.
