Went on Tuesday for half price wings and they denied because they are apparently not part of the Wild Wing franchise. If that’s the case, they should tell people from the start instead of it being a surprise at the end.

I ordered a hot dog and a chicken Caesar salad. Not only they put both in the same box but it had no chicken. I asked the guy who was serving (Asian guy who seemed to have a lot going on) if he could kindly give me a container to put the hod dog in and he asked for the box back. Threw the hot dog onto a different box with tons of lettuce and threw both boxes back at me. When I realized it didn’t have the chicken, he pointed to the chashier and said go talk to her. She kindly spoke to him and came back to let me know they were going to add the chicken. When I got to fold I was going to ans opened the salad found out the chicken was so cold as if it was taken out of the fridge. Not counting to give me the food took a VERY long time.

Wish I would have looked at the reviews before ordering do not get table orders here. They took our drink order twice and forgot our food for 2 hours. No ketchup, no fork no napkins. Pretty positive this was the worst service we have ever had in 30 yrs lol. Go elsewhere. Ordered lunch at 3 and it's 820 and just got the bill. So terrible is funny

A very nice experience. I had went with a friend for the wings deal on Tuesday and Diviya had served us. She was very responsive and even suggested us a better sauce combination for our wings after one of the flavours was a bit strong, so great customer service. Definitely great for the price as well and a pretty nice place overall!

Our waitress was rude. Almost like we were inconveniencing her. The food was only good. It was very, very loud in there. Needless to say we won’t be returning. Unlike other Wild Wings I’ve been to, this place was terrible. Do not recommend.

The meal was definitely overcooked, not enjoyable at all. I got the 1lb honey garlic wings and it did not taste good at all as they were just hard in some spots. I also got the cheese sticks and they were sooo overcooked as well. I ordered veggies with ranch and I never actually got it with my order. Very expensive for what I got. Just disappointed.

Wild wings damaged its image brand by setting up this branch at Canlan Always Dirty, Unpleasant, over staff without proper service!
What a joke. Sat down for 1.5 hours without even being acknowledged by the staff. Went up and asked if we can order some food. They said no worries we’ll be right with you. Another half an hour later and no service.
Place wasn’t even busy and looked like plenty of staff around. What a joke.

A bottle of water, one fry, and gravy were nearly $18? When I asked about it, the attitude from the guy with nail polish was just as bad as the prices! I would suggest eating before or after and not at the rink.

If I could give a minus stars for service I would, EVERYTIME I come here I sit and wait for over 20 minutes and watch as the servers serve people whom have come after I have, I end up having to get up and go to them to place my order aswell as to pay, I basically serve myself which is a complete and utter joke. Hands down the WORST service I have ever had!!!

Let me start off by saying DO NOT GO HERE, I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE! So, I just had the most disappointing nacho experience ever, and it happened at a birthday party of all places! Went to Wild Wings and ordered some nachos, expecting cheesy goodness, but instead got dry, stale chips that tasted like they’ve been sitting out since last week. And the price? A ridiculous $19.99!
But wait, it gets better. When I asked for extra cheese and sour cream, they hit me with an extra charge! Like, what?? For that price, I should be swimming in cheese!
And to top it all off, the entitled waitress decided to slap a 20% automatic tip on the bill! For what?! Overpriced, sad nachos and lackluster service? Now I’m not only out $20, but I’m also feeling sick. Not cool at all.
Moral of the story: sometimes the hype just isn’t worth it. My stomach (and wallet) won’t be forgetting this one anytime soon. Needless to say, I’ll never be back! I would not recommend this place as the service and food were terrible!
Thankfully, my friend ordered the garlic parmesan wings and sweet potato fries, or else I would’ve starved. Those were the real MVPs of the night! But man, my stomach and wallet won’t be forgetting this nacho disaster anytime soon.
I think I might have food poisoning from the stale ingredients used in the nachos and will be contacting the health inspectors about this issue.

I was here on January 24, 2024. If you want good customer service DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT come here. We walked in and the restaurant was pretty much empty, definitely not busy. I notice there was only one server working but again the restaurant was NOT busy/full. We sit down and wait for our server that never came to come and give us our menus. After about 15 min or so of waiting for our server, I decide to go to the bar and ask for menus myself. While I’m at the bar the bartender is there with the sever and I ask for menus which the bartender gives me. I tell her and the server where we are seated and the bartender says ok. I then go back to my table and end up making eye contact with the server and try to call her over but she ignores me and turns and walks the other way. A few minutes after she’s talking to some ladies that were seated closer to where I was seated and after she is done talking to them she sees that my table is still waiting for her, but chooses to walk away which is when I speak up and say ‘excuse me’ and the ladies at the table that she was just talking to look my way but the server herself chooses to walk away and ignore us. This is when I finally after 30 min of NO SERVICE return the menu to the bar and leave. This restaurant employs the most unprofessional, rude staff that have no knowledge of what good customer service is. This server should not even be employed if she chooses to NOT do her job. Again I would understand if the restaurant was busy since it was only her working (aside from the bartender), but the restaurant was very empty so there was no need for this horrendous customer service.
