I ordered wings with fries and celery on the side but the celery showed up stuffed inside a tied plastic bag, exactly like in the photo. It looked soggy, unappetizing, and definitely not what you expect from a restaurant. Fresh sides should be served properly, not thrown into a random plastic bag. Really disappointing and took away from the whole meal. Not ordering from here again unless they fix their food handling.

Management is horrible. Food is horrible, the kitchen obviously doesn’t know what they are doing. The service is nice, the servers there are very attentive. However I called to speak to the manager multiple times and he hasn’t gotten back to me and seems like he doesn’t care. Save your money and go somewhere where they care about your experience

If you have the opportunity to visit a different location, highly recommended. I placed an order for my family for delivery and upon receiving the order, only wings were sent. I was so surprised to see the sides I paid for were not included - fries, carrots, celery, dipping sauces. I even triple checked my receipt.
After phoning the restaurant and expressing this issue to the young lady on the phone, she mentioned she would put her manager on to speak with me. This manager must have been very lazy - Prashant. Instead of speaking with me on the phone and improving this customer experience, he figured it would be better to instruct the associate what to say to me.. which was nothing helpful. She was apologetic & kind but this is awful management practices.

Took forever to get our food even though the restaurant was at best half capacity (30-40 min wait), food was out of stock but didn’t bother to let us know until after we asked why we’re missing ingredients, and service took a while - asked for extra napkins and waited 10 mins……. Went here to watch the Baseball Worlds Series and I guess they were too cheap to pay for the channel (had IPTV)because it kept buffering and the sound was off. Better off going to Chucks Roadhouse, better food even if it’s a bit of a wait considering a full capacity restaurant and they pay for the sports channel (no buffering or sound delay)

Came with my friend today and Dea was our server — she was awesome! Super friendly and got our orders correct from the first time! And on top of everything, our drinks were quickly made and served! Everything was perfect. She’s got great music taste too, which made the vibe even better. We had such a good time at Wild Wing, can’t wait to come back!

The food was ok. But for a price of $20 for a wrap is not a good idea. They didn’t get my order right. I asked for a BLT wrap and got a tortilla sheet with onions, tomatoes, cheese and chicken. I waited for an 1h and 20 m for my food. 30m for the drinks to come.
