A good burger joint that mixes a bit of modernity with classic greasy spoon. The food was very good, the portions generous. The service was fast and polite. It is a cozy joint with decent seating, though as with many existing buildings struggles to be accessible if you need that. Will come back again.
I had two sandwiches yesterday. The service was excellent, I liked the variety available, the patio was clean and had a good view, and the food didn't take long to be served. I had two sandwiches and a poutine, and it wasn't heavy (low in fat), so I was very satisfied.
We used to go to Woodys once or twice a week. was on a first name basis with the staff. They would let you add toppings, give you chipotle mayo, or smoky ketchup.for fries. Gone downhill, Meat not as good, fries overcooked. nothing special about it anymore. sad. we used to love it
