This location has recently come under new management, a welcome change. The manager is courteous and polite. And I see a lot of positive changes. A lot of the staff and employees are new or in the middle of training, so wait times can be a little longer than usual. The overall atmosphere is more welcoming to business people and professionals alike. Definitely an improvement, but to soon to make fair review.
Most unorganized place I've seen. Everyone running around doing the same thing. I ordered a coffee and 2 people made the same order. Meanwhile drive thru was backed up outside the lot
I had a wonderful visit at Tim Hortons today. The staff were polite and efficient, my food was prepared perfectly, and the coffee tasted fresh and rich. The location is clean, well‑organized, and provides quick service even during busy hours. A dependable place for a good meal and a warm drink.
