The Fenelon Tim Hortons is like any other Tim's. The trouble with it is the location. It can be very troublesome getting in and out of it and this location can be too busy. The drive through line is small, which backs the cars up on the adjoining street. If you leave towards Sobeys, you are at the mercy of the people leaving that parking lot. However, this location tends to have a lot of employees which can help clearing busy times.

Tables had not been cleared and cleaned.I got a damp rag and cleaned my own table while staff chatted at the till.

There always seems to be a big screw up at this tims we said two separate orders then they billed us one total and said my point wouldn't work on two separate transactions well how is it two separate transactions if u only get one total we where told the girl was new but still there where 3 other employees there to correct this so I don't know if they knew either atleast the food was good

Very slow front counter service, no smile, gave male cashier order and had to repeat myself two times further. He seemed very rude and argued that I had to wait, he made me a tea instead of a coffee and further argued that I messed up my order. I asked for a large double double.I understand hiring autistic workers,, maybe doing both coffee and cashier is too much for him. I felt sorry for him because he had no help in the middle of a lunch rush.I also scanned my app to use my points for payment. This gentleman repeatedly ask for my payment , I assured him I paid, he said no and slid the debit machine toward me.. I said I used my points , he looked at the computer screen and said … You’re coffee is free, you can wait over there..and stood there with a look of ,why are you still here? Then proceeded to mess up my single item order. And no apology. Sad.

I have been stopping at this tim Hortons almost every weekend for the past 10 years and I have never been given the service like I was given today! I am beyond disappointed. I ordered 2 coffees, a tea, apple juice and half a dozen donuts and the gentlemen that served me was beyond rude and made me put my own coffees into a tray that was thrown at the counter for me and then stood there staring at me as if he's like why aren't you here picking your donuts! Then once I said 1 of this kind he's like "you only want one of them" yes I only want one and the discussed look I was given was beyond me. I hope to never be served by him again as his customer service skills are clearly not for tim Hortons! I get you get busy but really? Not like there was a massive line up either!

We went through the drive through on our mobility scooters. Fantastic service and so nice to not have to try to go into the restaurant with our mobility issues.
