Review isn't about this particular Tims, I have just found the quality of food has gone down hill a lot in the last decade or so, this is all Tim's, not just this location. I found this location to be on par with any other Tims I've been in and the staff was great. Coffee and food is meh but it's not a result of the staff in any way.
I actually bought a Cafe Mocha at the Beaverton Tim's. It was *terrible*! I took 1 sip, and couldn't drink any more. On our way through Fenelon we stopped at Tim's and I went in to ask if they could fix it for me. They looked at it, said 'that's not a café mocha' and made me a new one at no charge, which I greatly appreciated.
A big shoot out to this location in Fenelon falls .
I visited there yesterday on Thanks Giving Monday , it was very busy and very long line ups .
I expected a very long waiting time , as this is the norm at the Tim Hortons in my area , and as mentioned it was crazy .
But it was a shorter than expected and excellent customer service .The team worked well together had two cashes open and the sandwich was excellent
Kudos to the Fenelon Falls...
