Food was substandard, Service not acceptable. Found hair in food and told the man about it and he laughed when we showed it to him and he said I don't know where that came from and he asked what we wanted to do about it.
Chicken balls were re-fried not freshly made, sweet and sour sauce was watery and orange no flavour, rice was wierd tasting and texture, lemon sauce was no flavour. Over cooked egg roll with stringy chewy bean sprouts. The cooked vegetables were passable.
Questionable billing practices. Was charged 2.99 for a cup of hot water with a lemon slice, when questioned about the charge was told he had to cut a lemon and that was hard work he had to make a profit ... funny funny guy.
So bland and a waste of money
Had Black and White before and it was decent, just got 2 combos and it was genuinely the worst chinese food i’ve ever had..
Order out from here cost a little higher but wow amazing totally worth it..best I have had in this town hands down will only get chinese food from here..yum
Food was still very hot by the time we got it home. Brought back memories from years ago!
Very disappointed, ordered a hot and sour soup for takeout it was awfully sweet - tasted like the base was made out of sweet and sour sauce had to throw out.
A++ and wonton soup is excellent!
Wish I would have read recent reviews before ordering. Paid almost 60$ for rice, bean sprouts and batter. The chow mein was just bean sprouts sprinkled with a tiny bit of chicken. No veggies other than onion in anything. The ginger beef and chicken balls are overly battered with a tiny bit of dried up meat inside. Disappointed and would not recommend or return.
Food was okay, but chicken balls were the biggest disappointment, lots of batter with a tiny bit of chicken.

Very disappointing. Wanted to enjoy a nice family dinner. Ordered the dinner for four people, plus the general tao. Spent over $100, barely had enough to feed all four of us. Food was for take out, restaurant is only a 3 minute drive so it should not have arrived as if it was refrigerated. Chicken balls were lacking any kind of chicken and batter was raw. The cherry on top was that we were all very sick through out the night. Trying to support local, but I was disgusted and extremely disappointed. If I could give zero stars I would.

Absolutley delicous food for cheap prices they load your plates with so much food! My go to place to eat in Fergus with my girl. The interior could use a little bit of love but the food makes up for it. Very quiet store never busy. 9.5/10 deverse much more attention in the Fergus/Elora area

If I could give zero I would. Just ordered from this place, got the dinner for two meal and confirmed while ordering what was in the meal. They gave us chop suey instead of chow mein and drenched our chicken balls in sweet and sour sauce (usually places put it in the side) I’m not a fan of the sour sauce so I would have preferred it on the side. The chicken fried rice looked grey and unappetizing. I couldn’t even eat it. Save yourself the money and go elsewhere.
