Was expensive and small portions, not to mention wasn't the best Chinese food I've ever had for sure.

Don't waste your time or money going here!!! I asked for the beef broccoli to go - you need a magnifying glass to find the beef!! Not worth the money or the wait! Will NEVER go back here - nor should you waste your time. Many better places to dine at.

Would give no stars if it were an option.

The Lemon chicken meal was nearly inedible - left over half of it. The portion was small, poor quality and consisted of rice, sauce, batter, a few bits of gray looking chicken, only veges were onions and bean sprouts.

My husband had an omelette which was just as bad - possible 2 eggs, plastic cheese, the lowest quality white bread, and jam that when he got it out of the container stuck to his knife it was so old. All with cider that tasted like it was from last week even though it was made fresh.

The food we experienced is the polar opposite of the indicated star. Lots of other great choices in town. Only good thing was attentive service.

Retro diner-style atmosphere and classic hole-in-the-wall Chinese restaurant menu. Milkshakes were like McDonald's shakes on steroids. Beansprout chop suey was very crunchy and had a strong wok-hey flavour, so many Chinese restaurants can't do that dish right, always ends up in a soggy unappetising grey mess, but not this one. Shrimp chow mein had noodles cooked nicely al-dente with a strong wok-hey flavour. Best of all were the spring rolls and the cheese wantons. The crispy skins were fried to perfection and the fillings were so tasty and flavourful. No other Chinese restaurants I have been can do those that well. I have had Guest Wok in Orangeville a few times and I have now found my favourite Chinese restaurant to patronise now because they make food better tasting than Guest Wok's. My advice, take the bad reviews on here with a pinch of salt.

Unfortunately this place has gone down hill. The chicken balls are mostly breading and were very overcooked (almost as if they were reheated) and they put the sauce on top of them instead of giving you a container of sauce which made them soggy. We ordered two things of rice to which they gave us one packet of soya sauce. In general the food just didn’t taste like it used to and we will not order from there again. We have ordered there since I was a little girl so it’s sad to see the quality go down this much but you’re paying much more for it.

This is EXACTLY what I expected from a Chinese restaurant
This place hasn't been renovated in years.
The bathrooms look prehistoric, but the toilets flush and the taps have hot water.
I dont think they get many eat in guest, because our cutlery was just thrown on the table.
Food was typical.
Serving sizes were exactly how much we ate.
There were no leftovers, but everyone was full.
I dont live anywhere close, but if im in the area again, I'd probably go back.
Nobody got food poisoning and we were happy to support a small local business

Best food Chinese I've had in a long time! Tried Black and White for the first time tonight and got the Combo C meal (subbed for shrimp fried rice) and was very tasteful and filling, along with friendly service and being well priced! Will be returning for sure in the future

We phoned ahead 2 hrs and picked up a large order on Saturday around 2pm. The staff were very pleasant. Got home and opened bags found food mostly already sauced and soggy. Food was very substandard and poor quality!! I Had breaded shrimp and more then 95% of each piece was bread, same with chicken balls, with no flavour. Needed a magnifying glass to find meat. Eggrolls were flat and very soggy. Spring rolls were flat and hard with very little filling! All food had very little flavour. I was very disappointed and felt I had to apologize to my guests. Even if it was a bad day, the food was absolutely awful! I strongly do not recommend this restaurant (garbage) it was a waste of $200+! We had to throw out 3/4 of the order out as guests didn’t want it.
