Saw they had some new menu items at the location in finch so decided to order myself a "chicken bacon ranch sub" admittedly I didn't read the description of what was in it as it seemed pretty straightforward. Was pretty disappointed when it arrived with no bacon. How can you call it a chicken bacon ranch sub but not put bacon in it??

We ordered a steak sub with pepperoni an extra $3.00 charge that we never got and it was so soggy that the bread was like mush. DISGUSTING!!! COULD NOT EAT IT. To top it off they charged us $3.00 extra for pepperoni that was never put on the sub.The fries were disgusting they tasted like they were yesterday's fries that were reheated.YUCK!!THIS PLACE HAS GONE DOWN HILL!Order with caution.

I wanted to try the 'bacon double cheese burger poutine' asked to have a large. The response was they don't make that kind of large poutine? ....I politely asking why, didn't got a reponse from the cashier. Asking if if the owner or manage was here. To be able to ask them. And he refused to go get the manager.Disappointed, i simply don't get why they make large normal poutine. But can't make one of theirs specialty. Like they to lazy to adjust prices... dude we are there ready and ready to pay for what we ASK!Won't coming back, other restaurants sell large poutine special.

A very large menu with options for the entire family. The food has been great so far. Wasn't a fan of their honey garlic sauce but other than that I've got no complaints. Always done takeout.
Poutine was good, and portion size was reasonable. Came here for takeout, so service was quick and efficient.

Used to order one sometimes twice a week but not anymore and NEVER again. Here's what turnt me off, placed a order and some entitled teenager wouldn't properly take my order, gets the entire order wrong, over charged me by $25 and when speaking to the so called manager his attitude matched the teenage punk taking orders. When I finally showed up to deal with the issue, I was given a gift card for the restaurant in the amount of $20 no apology for the over charging and no correction of the order. I've been in for service for years and this is the most blatant disregard for customer service I've ever seen ! Again I'll NEVER order from any Fat Les again !

Service was friendly. Tried the chipstand at the navan fair and loved their fries so i ordered a fry and pizza fingers from this location and I was extremely disappointed I had to throw out 16$ of food as it was not edible. The fries were not the same, soggy and tasted like cardboard. The pizza fingers were not cooked enough they were soggy inside and out
