The ambiance was everything - loved it! Due to reviews, I was expecting more of the Chicken Fried Wagyu: it tasted good but was a bit tough. If you switch from indoors to the patio, make sure you let a host know, so they can give you menus, otherwise the patio staff might assume you're just chillin' out there and not ready to consume anything.

The brunch menu had a good selection and the food was delicious. I ate the banana french toast with a side of grits. The grits were without a doubt the best I've ever had. The french toast was cooked perfectly and not too sweet. I also had a pineapple mimosa, and it was exactly as expected. This was my first visit, but I will definitely be back.

Like the new all-day menu at The Finch. I think the menu offers a better selection of entrees to choose from at a reasonable price. The Red Fish tacos are terrific. Light with a fresh taste, arugula side provides a good topping for the tacos. The Expresso Martinis are one of the best in the Dallas area in my opinion. My husband has the Shrimp scampi witch he enjoyed as well. Great place to enjoy before or after a movie at the Angelika theatre. This was our fourth visit and not the last one for sure.

We were a party of 8, so difficult to judge service perfectly, but our server also had a party of 20 outside! Probably the managements fault rather than the server's. Food was just okay and with subpar service, I'll be unlikely to come back.

Really nice ambiance and fantastic service. Loved the bread pudding. Steak was lukewarm and server never checked to make sure the food was okay. Bao buns tasted like they had been made earlier. Mocktails were really delicious. Beef temperatures on the whole were a big spot for improvement

First off I made a reservation in plenty of time for a birthday brunch to share with friends. I received a confirmation call the Thursday before my reservation which the hostess confirmed that she would get us a nice shady spot on the patio and was happy I chose the Finch to celebrate my birthday. We arrived and the hostess brought us over to a nice table but inside. I asked why we were not being seated outside. She said they were busy and we could wait but could not guarantee a shady spot on the patio and not sure on the wait. Since it was a nice table, I said please don't worry about we will sit here. Our server arrived and she should have stayed home. She came to the table with an attitude and no mention of are we celebrating a birthday, who's is it? Nothing! This was our first experience dining at the Finch. We tried asking curious her opinion on drinks and food. She didn't care. For a gorgeous restaurant, I do hope the dining experience improves at your restaurant. I was left embarrassed recommending your restaurant and my friends were sadden for me since we were there to celebrate. I do understand there can be mistakes with reservations, but there are ways you can still make the dining experience memorable for your guests.

The service was the best we've had in a long time. We had the short ribs and french onion soup, which was devine. The bartenders know how to make an awesome Meal press martini too!

Never been here before so decided to go for brunch. Had reservations for 11am, thinking it would be crowded or getting crowded, to my dismay I get there and it's not crowded or even busy.....so why the hostess try to seat us at the back of the restaurant near the server station ??‍♂️. We quickly asked for another table With the restaurant not being busy or crowded one would expect the food to come out HOT. It didn't, luke warm is a good way to describe how it came out. The ambience was nice. The decor was nice. Would I go again??? Probably not.

Food- solid but greasy but well seasoned Service: given positioning in the restaurant-second thought Drink: well balanced and inventive Overall would go again Personal opinion: I think the tables against the Partition wall between the bar and dining room shouldn't be there, they have a poor view and ambiance and understandably so, the section seem like an after thought to the serving staff but they may be a bit overwhelmed , I suggest having a server for that specifically oh bringing in some on willing to work only rush Good luck chef

Easter brunch was horrible, ham looked like jerky and very dry. Prime rib was tasteless and cold the muffins and dessert section looked straight out of Costco/Sams Club. And they added 18% gratuity to all checks. The omelettes were also runny, tried speaking to manager but he was busy.

We recently had a lovely dinner at the Finch. We had chicken bao buns to start, Greek salad, and salmon. Everything was delicious, and the service was great. We will definitely be going back!

I ordered the Korean BBQ Bao buns, which were tasty! The Honey Stung Chicken & Waffles were okay, they just tasted like your standard chicken & waffle. But the Blackberry Lavendar Splash Mocktail I ordered was very disappointing. It tasted like flavored water. Overall I would say that the food was 3/5 stars.
