“Visited this location in the summer and was not impressed with the cleanliness or the service quality that you’d expect from Pita Pit. Heard there was an ownership change after seeing it across social media and decided to try it out again. I can definitely say the store is in much better hands! The store was immaculate and the new staff are so friendly! It was great to see a hands on owner helping her staff and greeting customers. Will definitely be back!”

“We had a great experience dining at Young Thai Cuisine in Fonthill. The Crab Rangoon was a perfect way to start — crispy, flavourful, and packed with delicious filling. It had just the right balance of crunch and creaminess.

We also tried the Orange Cashew Chicken, and it was outstanding. The dish had deep, bold flavour with the freshness of real orange slices and a generous amount of roasted cashews. The shrimp in the dish were impressively large and well-cooked — a pleasant surprise!

The highlight for my wife was the Beef Panang Curry — rich, aromatic, and comforting. She loved the layers of flavour and the tenderness of the beef.

The only small letdown was the rice, which came out a bit harder than expected, as if it had been sitting too long or needed more water. A slightly softer, fresher batch would’ve brought the whole meal together.

That aside, this place is an awesome Thai spot and well worth visiting if you’re in the Fonthill area. We’ll definitely be back to try more of their menu!”

She tells me frequently how good her sandwich is and how the staff always remember her and even start making her sandwich as soon as they see her pulling into the parking lot. The food is Subway, it's the same items anywhere you go. It's the atmosphere and the people who work there that end up deciding which Subway you prefer.

MANY of the other Subways in the Niagara Region could learn a few things from this Subway, and the one on Scott St. in St. Catharines. They are both easily, hands down, the best Subways in the entire Niagara Region.”

“Been stopping by the Healthy Cupboard for my supplement and health foods for a few years now. Its located in same plaza as Food basics. Have met and often greeted by the owner Tanya. Kylie recently helped me. I love the Vital Proteins brand especially for their collagen and come here for it. This time I got the creamer. Also picked up my second bag of attune mushroom superfoods, the lions mane for brain health. I put the combo in my morning coffee every morning and its awesome for energy and alertness. Store has a wide selection of supplement products and even a fridge selection where I've pick up some kombucha. Staff is knowledgable, and will continue coming to this location for my health foods.”

“I was traveling from out of country and wanted to stop by a coffee shop for lunch. I absolutely loved the atmosphere with the balance of light and coziness. The smoked Montreal meat sandwich paired with a hot coffee was amazing. They were definitely not skimpy with the meat which I appreciated!
