Very clean, welcoming with good customer service. Any questions you have, they can answer well. Food is decent but it's a chain store so it's expected to taste the same as any other bar burrito. Reliable with no surprises.

Tried to order online, but it kicked me off twice. So, I drove in around 8:20pm. The website says they're open until 9pm but the girl immediately said they can't make food because they are closed. I explained about the online problem and she said she would make 2 burritos.
When it came time to pay, I couldn't use the gift card I have. This girl told me it was a loyalty card. To which I pointed out it has a balance of $30 and I want to redeem it. She just kept signing out of my account when I showed her my phone. Paid full price, got it home and it's all ice cold.
Don't bother with this place. It's a disaster.

I came here the other night at 8:40pm, understanding it’s 20 mins before closing at 9pm, I just wanted to grab a quick dinner. When I walked in (door unlocked and open sign on) the two girls working looked at each other as if they’d seen a ghost and one ran away forcing the other to talk to me. The one that was forced to speak to me then told me that they were closed. I asked what time they closed at and she told me 8:45pm, to which I replied that Google has it listed for a 9pm close. She told me that she also leaves at 9pm and that she isn’t paid past 9pm. I asked for a number for the manager that I could speak to so as to confirm their operational hours the following day and she told me she didn’t have one and that I could Google it. I asked her what would you Google to get the Fonthill BarBurrito managers number and she said she doesn’t know, turns out neither do I. I left without getting any food and reached out to the head office. If you truly close at 8:45pm, please update your hours on Google.

Employee did not change her plastic gloves after preparing the customer ahead of me order and handing money. Not very clean or safe after touching money. Also very cheap with their items and never provide a bag for your order.
Food was delicious! And the staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely return to this location. Took a couple quesadillas and they were fantastic. Biggest problem with quesadillas is when the restaurant is cheap and you end up with almost empty bread…. But that was not the case here! They were well filled and very tasty!! A+

Don't get me wrong the food is amazing the staff on the other hand have no personality but definetly don't order online waited over an hour for and order that was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes when I arrived to pick it up my order was sitting in a stack of receipts and the staff looked annoyed at the fact I was there her reply was it will take some time bar burrito coprate needs to rethink this store

They close at 8:30 not 9. The night staff is extremely rude and always have a nasty remark to make about what you order.They dont do any rewards and are really angry when you ask them to scan your rewards.

We ordered Bar Burrito for a work lunch for our staff and used their Catering menu. Overall we had a great experience (and probably ordered a little too much food), but everyone had plenty to eat, everything was fresh and tasty. I had arrived to grab all the food just after 12pm and only waited a few moments before everything was ready and Hemant helped bring it all to my car. I arrived back at work approx 15 mins away and was unloading everything for the staff. Hemant knocked on the door and indicated he forgot to pack the rice, and instead of waiting, both tried calling then drove all the way to our shop to deliver the rice. Went above and beyond to make sure our whole meal was great. We'll definitely have this for another work function in the future.
