Fantastic first experience at Next! We did the all-you-can-eat tapas brunch and the food was delicious, generously sized, and great value. Jacqueline R. was an excellent server, kind, caring, attentive, and so sweet! Highly recommend!

We were in the area visiting and decided to stop off for lunch. It's rare to find something other than burger and fries. Let's put it this way. If I lived nearby, I'd be a regular. The food was so good. My wife and I shared two meals and they were fantastic. I recommend the Beef Dip and the Chicken Figaro. $15 a meal is a steal for these flavour filled meals. We got the Roasted Pepper and Tomato soup with the meals. Hope to be back when we head towards Niagara again. Great food and service!

I would highly recommend this restaurant. We were in town for a hockey tournament and they were able to accommodate our party of 40. The servers knocked it out of the park. They were engaging and attentive and had everything under control. Food and drinks were out in timely manner and without error. Kudos to the kitchen team as well. Food was delicious and did not disappoint!!! Thanks for a great time!!! We will be back!!!

Its been a while since ive eaten somewhere and just been blown away with good it was. We had the all you can eat tapas and just had so many good options and everything was delicious. Wasn’t one bad thing we ate. Looking forward to coming back.

So. The ambience of the place is lovely, the live music was lovely. But. Everything else was just disappointing - because we went in on a Thursday for their all you can eat menu - and about 5 main things were unavailable or sold out. We made a reservation a couple of days in advance but still that wasnt accounted for - we waited for 20 mins before the server approached us, and after that when you hear that so many of the items on the menu were run out of - why would we pay for the all you can eat? They could have informed us that things were sold out as soon as we entered the place, so we would be prepared, but we waited for long and were soo excited, but it was just disappointing finally, and we left without eating anything. The kitchen should account for the number or people - because all you can eat should not run out!

Was passing by and decided to try this restaurant. I have to say I was very impressed by the ambiance, service and the food was extremely good with good sized portions. We had the calamari as an app and the Brisket sandwich and Bee Dip sandwiches and they were incredible. Our server Chris R was very attentive and we never had to wait for him to make sure everything was good with our visit. Would definitely be back and will recommend to others.

Was looking forward to a night out for a special occasion but this place disappointed us, unfortunately. After a hot day we were looking forward to sitting in the AC, but the restaurant was very warm. Our dinner took a long time come out, the server was not attentive to clearing the table/checking up on drinks etc. which was strange because it was not busy. Music was way too loud & we also had to swat away flies the whole dinner, which was very off-putting. Food was mediocre.
This was our second time visiting for tapas. The first time, we went at 8 p.m. and had a great experience—the food, the service, and the atmosphere were all excellent. That visit really set the bar high.
Unfortunately, this time was the complete opposite. We also came at 8 p.m., but the service was terrible. Our waitress forgot our drinks and food more than once. She seemed more interested in chatting with the bartender than taking care of our table. My friend tried several times to get her attention, but she didn’t even look our way. When it became clear we were irritated, she didn’t seem the least bit bothered or apologetic.
To make things worse, they were out of several tapa items we wanted to order. It wasn’t super busy , so there was no clear reason for the neglect.
It’s disappointing to have such an inconsistent experience. After how great our first visit was, we expected much better.

We come to the Next often and enjoy meeting our friends for Happy hour as well as dinner. The establishment has apparently purchased a winery. Our group was not a fan of this wine. We were more than happy to pay the regular price for wine of our liking, but we're told little or no other brands were stocked since the establishment bought this winery. We enjoy coming here but this will change people's decision to frequent the Next. Thanking you for taking the time to hear are concerns Mike

Disappointed After a Great First Visit
