Me and my husband work in the area and heard from a cower to try this place for lunch. It's your standard American Chinese food but we enjoyed it!! The fried rice has a nice smokey flavor and most of their dishes have good flavor. We generally get their lunch special for one and it comes with rice, a side and an egg rolls for $10 and I have leftovers for later(some people might not). I order ahead of time to be ready for my lunch and it's always hot when I pick it up.
Visited Lin's for the first time today. We loved it. We both had a combination plate. The egg rolls were the best we have had in a long time. The Lemon Chicken was fantastic, as was the beef and vegetables. We will definitely be back.
Always a delight when the mood is right. Very traditional fare, yet intriguingly different spins and flavors on a variety of og options.
Had a worm in my meal, definitely won’t be back

Absolutely terrible experience. We ordered takeout hoping for a decent meal, but it was a disaster from start to finish.
First, the BBQ ribs were an absolute joke—there was practically no meat on them, mostly bones. Then the chicken fried rice had zero chicken and was mushy like it had been sitting out too long with no flavour. To top it off, the “steak and onion” combo, which we chose because it was labeled as a popular item, was beyond disappointing. Where was the steak? All we got were huge chunks of undercooked peppers with no flavor with tiny steak chunks. It wasn’t just bad—it was completely inedible.
We ended up throwing most of the food out because it wasn’t worth eating. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, and we’ll never order from here again. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I visited this place for the first time, and unfortunately, I found the rice in the chicken fried rice to be dry and lacking in flavor. I hope they consider changing the type of rice or adjusting the cooking method. The sesame chicken was average. On a positive note, the staff was friendly.

$150 for four people to eat take out Chinese food out of a strip mall is ridiculous! On top of that, limited meat/protein in their dishes. Just being cheap on top of charging way too much. avoid this place. You are missing nothing.

Yuk! Just yuk! This is our 2nd time trying Lin's and both times were gross. The inside looks dirty...which is strange for a relatively new plaza. The rice is so over cooked...and was the last time as well. Aside from being over cooked it tasted like soap! The service was fast ...but still not worth a 3rd try.

Was quite disappointed with our order. The portion sizes were small, the egg rolls greasy as too was the very small spring rolls with hardly any filling. The noodles for the Cantonese chow mein were really over cooked with no flavour. The chicken balls had very little chicken and some had none. We had one portion out of each container prior to the photos.
