I went to McDonald’s just after six to grab some supper and I had a two canine coupon. I ordered a McChicken combo and a fillet of fish combo. I just finished the 12 hour shift working took a few bites and the fillet of fishes absolutely dry. He said it was fresh But still unfortunately just disappointed you come from work. You’re tired. Do you wanna grab a quick Bite and just unfortunate. There’s been a few occasions I haven’t really worry too much about it and so I didn’t want to put a review because I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

Worst McDonalds ever. Drive thru is more of a sit and wait thru..after all that, missing a fork for the poutine. Could not get anyone to come to the window. Had a baby in the back and had to get out of the car to ask for service by knocking on the drive thru window. Terrible.

I don't know why but I just realy like the style the restaurant looks like. The service is good, food quality is decent 👌, and the service is moderate. It's your average McDonald's but it looks good on the outside and inside. I honestly don't know why I keep going back to the looks I just realy think it looks good😭. Definitely go check it out, especially for the look of it. DAMNIT I DID IT AGAIN. Ugh. Just check it out. Before I lose my mind continously saying that.

Worst McDonald’s. Never gets order right even after confirming order. No care no quality. Seems like staff is not trained at all. I’ve gone to this location several times and 90% of the time there is an issue with the order.

Extremely slow, throughout the whole drive thru process. Waited a couple minutes at the first window, got our drinks then was told to move up to the third window. We waited here for over 15 minutes! Four cars received their orders from behind us and left. Finally we received ours. Food was warm and dry at tht point.

They gave us a cheeseburger in a regular wrapper. I ordered a regular burger. Now my daughter wont it eat and we are at home. This isnt the first time I order a regular burger with just ketchup and receive a cheeseburger at this location.

I bought a ice cream and they give me such of small amount, and come to tell them the is to small ,and the manager and a worker just laughed at me, so unprofessional

The quality of food at this location is disappointing. Seems the staff doesn’t know how to properly assemble the food items (ie. wraps and burgers, etc.). My small iced coffee was filled with coffee grounds in the bottom/throughout the cup (maybe it’s time to clean the coffee machine). For what you pay at McDonald’s these days, the overall quality and service just isn’t worth it. Most of the time, the food looks sloppy when it’s served and looks like the employees didn’t care enough to make it look half decent. My wrap had an overwhelming amount of sauce on it, which normally I’d be fine with, but it took away from the flavour of the wrap. It mostly consisted of sauce, to the point where it was oozing out of the sides/bottom while eating and made it taste soggy. I honestly prefer the Niagara Street location. The food seems more fresh and quality is much better, imo. Also, I have never had a consistent/decent iced coffee from this location. It’s either old, stale tasting, or is missing the requested ingredients.
