The quality of food at this location is disappointing. Seems the staff doesn’t know how to properly assemble the food items (ie. wraps and burgers, etc.). My small iced coffee was filled with coffee grounds in the bottom/throughout the cup (maybe it’s time to clean the coffee machine). For what you pay at McDonald’s these days, the overall quality and service just isn’t worth it. Most of the time, the food looks sloppy when it’s served and looks like the employees didn’t care enough to make it look half decent. My wrap had an overwhelming amount of sauce on it, which normally I’d be fine with, but it took away from the flavour of the wrap. It mostly consisted of sauce, to the point where it was oozing out of the sides/bottom while eating and made it taste soggy. I honestly prefer the Niagara Street location. The food seems more fresh and quality is much better, imo. Also, I have never had a consistent/decent iced coffee from this location. It’s either old, stale tasting, or is missing the requested ingredients.

Nice place but the service is absolutely terrible.
First the Double line drive through makes absolutely zero sense. The lines don't really matter as to which one you are in. To me that's just equivalent to a person cutting in line.

Management always seems to be miserable and yelling at the kids Who are just doing their job..

I could avoid any McDonald's on the planet It would be this one..

No free refills at this location!?! I'll drive the extra 2 kms to go to Welland's location and enjoy the complimentary refills --- which also has a playplace. Bonus.

I drove to this McDonalds tonight for a quick bite to eat. I drive a very large vehicle and am unable to fit under the drive thru height clearance. At this time the curbside option was not available and the doors were locked (10:55pm). I placed and paid for my order online and went to pickup my order on foot at the window.

The two workers gave me a very hard time at the window about being on foot. I explained I had no other option and they told me it doesn’t matter i’m not allowed to pickup the food. They ended up making the food but were very rude and did not offer any other alternatives.

Have never had an issue at any other McDonald’s about this, very disappointed in the lack of professionalism

Disappointed forsure, every time I have ordered drive through(last 4 times) something has been missing. This sucks as we drive all the way home to discover someone is missing food. At the ridiculous prices they charge now it is completely unacceptable. This week after hockey we were missing fries from 2 happy meals. 3 weeks ago 10pack of nuggets. I gotta say it feels purposeful at this point.

I started using the self serve ordering option since my order has been screwed up too often in fast food places. So, when my order came out wrong, I thought it must've been my mistake. Nope! There it was in black and white on my receipt.
When I approached the counter to let them know, the guy acted as if he was insulted. I wasn't rude to him at all. I expected to hear, 'I'm sorry. Let me fix that for you.' and not see an eye roll. Maybe he could've offered the wrong sandwich to me anyway instead of angrily throwing it in the garbage.
Just a thought.
Customer service is clearly not his forte.

UPDATE!! The entire family and our dog who ended up finishing your poison food spent the entire night evacuating our bowels in the most violent way possible.

What a terrible location. How is it that we can order 3 combos, with two additional cheeseburgers on the side. And not have one warm item? We literally spent $48.30 of garbage. This location has absolutely no respect for their customers serving what they did, and definately has no interest in repeat customers. I want my money back, you are crooks!

Omg there is a miserable old lady working there named Judy if she's working just trust me and leave she is old and cenial she will mess your order up and blame it on you she literally counts the fries she is giving you and when i asked her why my fries were half empty she said she weighs the fries on a scale and I honestly feel bad to who ever works with her and even worse if she is preparing your food nor me or anyone I know will come back to this location because of her don't get me wrong I respect that she's getting minimum wage at 85 years old instead of just collecting welfare but we honestly wouldn't mind if you did I think you should leave the high school job for kids trying to make little bit of money why not just collect retirement and take up knitting or something your taking a high scool fast food job way to serious when you should be spending the time you have left with family or something please look around you and look at the ages of people around you and take this advice seriously this review will stay up till your no longer there someone respond and update this review when she's gone thanks.
